「ラディソン・ブル・タワーホテルはインドの基準を満たしているかもしれませんが、外国人観光客の基準を満たしていません。 チェックインは良くありませんでした。受付係はほとんど英語を話せず、すべての購入代金をクレジットカード（デビットカードではない）で支払うよう要求しました。午前4時近くで、こんな時間にこんなことを話し合わなければならないのは非常に不愉快でした。私たちはただ眠りたかったのです。 部屋は一見清潔そうに見えましたが、実際には非常に乱雑でした（写真と動画を添付しました）。ゴキブリを何匹も駆除する必要があり、バスルームの電線が水道に接触していました！ 午後11時に部屋の停電が発生し、受付に行かなければなりませんでした。部屋の変更を提案されるどころか、技術者が到着するまで修理を待たなければなりませんでした。 最悪だった点：ホテルのウェイターが私たちのお金を預かろうとしました。何度か申し出てようやく返金してくれました。ラディソンホテルではこんなことはあり得ません。 ラディソンにメールで問い合わせましたが、解決策も謝罪もありませんでした。 重要：ラディソンホテルは別の州にあります。デリーを訪れるたびに通行料を支払う必要があります。 朝食は単調です。ある晩、ビュッフェ（1人50ユーロ）を試してみたのですが、満足できませんでした。インド料理ばかりでした。辛くない料理をお願いしようとウェイターに何度か話しかけましたが、英語がほとんど話せないため、無理でした。 このラディソンには二度と泊まりませんし、お勧めもしません。」

「I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.」
