「This is not a 5-star hotel; it should be at a 2 or 3-star caliber. It's antiquated and due for a refurbishment. I felt entirely ill at ease. The room requires proper ventilation, particularly the bathroom, which, as the picture shows, is teeming with mold. The towels, though not costly, were soiled. The bed sheets had stains and hairs on them.」

「Just give a little heads up about the deposit money for the clients when they are booking. Swimming pool time was from 8 to 8 so for the business travelers it’s not really an ideal time. Try to close up the pool little later.」

「Fast check in and check out, polite personnel; large and clean room; very good breakfast. There is only one negative comment - every evening at app. 21.00 some electric engine started switching on and off every 20-25 seconds and at least until midnight, somewhere in the hotel close to my room. This noise did not allow me to sleep normally. After first night I applied to reception staff and they said if the noise repeats next evening, they will change my room. The next evening at 19.00 they called me and I told that there is no noise and everything is fine. Unfortunately, this noise started again at around 21.00, but at that time I was already in a bed, and did not have any wish to change the room.」

「Hotel is located at remote place, out from the town area. The hotel room is big, spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful, but slow in respond. After several times of reminders, then, we managed to get our packed breakfast.」

「Check-in process was smooth. People at front desk was supportive and friendly. Room was neat and clean. Though size wise it looks small but whatever required for comfortable stay was there. Room AC waa working fine. Room equipped with 2 water bottles, coffee/team making, required toiletry. Everyday Room was cleaned neat and clean. Room service was satisfactory. During my 4 days stay, I ordered food for dinner in room. Food taste was good. Room service was fast. Breakfast is served at floor-6 from 8am to 10am. Breakfast area was found neat and clean. Though breakfast spread was limited but it included whatever is required. Breakfast food quality was good. This area is governed by Ladies who were very supportive and excellent. I will say they were excellent. Checkout process was smooth. I asked for GST invoice and they were able to manage within no time. The only limitation i can see is location. It is located in Sitaburdi which is market place so for business travellers it might find crowdy to reach. In the morning, there was no crowd. I have vehicle to drop so not issue for me but some business travellers may not like it. i will say excellent experience. I will recommend this hotel for business travellers if they are looking stay option in Nagpur. Thanks for hospitality.」
