Villa SoricoLuce is a unique property nestled in the Tuscan hills, made up of three independent houses: the Church, the Main House, and the Barn. Each house has its own entrance, kitchen, and private spaces, while the large panoramic garden and the swimming pool are shared by all guests.La Chiesa is the most fascinating building, originally from the 19th century. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and the former church nave, now transformed into a charming communal space – perfect for spending time together, especially on cooler days. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both with private en suite bathrooms.La Casa, right next to the Church, is spacious and bright. You enter directly into the kitchen, which leads to the living area and two of the three bedrooms, including a triple room with an en suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a third double bedroom, also with its own en suite bathroom. The house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people.Il Fienile is located slightly above the pool. Casa il Poggetto is of high quality and very tastefully renovated, is located on the edge of the medieval village of Vellano, between Lucca and Pistoia.The house is free on three sides and has a large fenced terraced garden with several terraces. The view of the valley is breathtaking, with several medieval locations including the 10 Castella from the Svizzera Pesciatina.Casa il Poggetto offers space for 6 guests on 2 floors. In the lower part there is the open living area with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Here is also the small laundry room with washer and dryer. The double bedroom with two single beds and a guest toilet is on the mezzanine with a direct exit to the outside terrace. On the first floor there are 2 tastefully furnished double bedrooms and a bathroom.In the garden of Casa il Poggetto there are fruit trees and herbs and consists of various terraces connected by stairs. On the lower terrace is the outside living room with outside sofa, armchairs and table.
