「The staff was amazing, thorough, and extremely competent. They helped me on multiple occasions throughout my stay as i lost my t shirt on the balcony below me and they helped me get it as well as were flexible when i needed to add another guest to my room mid stay. Great location, just a short 15 minute walk to downtown and close proximity to the la marinella beach club. 10/10!」

「女性専用ドミトリーに泊まりました。 二段ベッドの下の段は、天井が低すぎて、小柄な私でもすこし窮屈でしたが、清潔感はありました。 部屋の中にロッカーがあったのも良かったです。 ただ、ドミトリーのドアの鍵が壊れているのか、コツを掴まないと全然開けれません。 同部屋の方々みんな困っており、ノックして部屋の人に開けてもらうか、ドアを開けっぱなしにしていることが多かったです。 直すか、チェックインの時に受付の方も部屋まで来ていただいて、開け方を教えてくれたら親切だと思いました。 シャワー室は、おそらく1日一回だけの清掃のように感じました。 夕方のシャワー室は比較的綺麗なのですが、翌朝はトイレットペーパーが床に散乱していて汚かったです。 ロケーションですが、バスを使いこなせれば、便利な場所だと思います。 日帰りでアマルフィやポジターノにもいくことが可能です！」

「サンタ アグネッロのグランド ホテル パルコ デル ソールでの滞在についての複雑な感情。 本当に良い点がいくつかあります。庭園とプールは手入れが行き届いており、入り口は壮大なヤシの木で、壮大なヴィラに到着したような気分になります。ソレント行きのシャトルサービスも便利なプラスです。 しかし、ホテルは栄光の時代を過ぎたような気がします。現在は主にイギリスのパッケージホリデーメーカーにサービスを提供しているようで、多くのルールは時代遅れに感じられます。たとえば、チェックアウト時にプールタオルをレセプションに返却し、チェックイン時にIDを約30分保管してコピーを作成する必要があります。 朝食はひどいコーヒーで非常に標準的で、イタリアにとって特に恥ずべきことです。しかし、最悪の部分は朝食レストランの屋外席エリアでした。汚れていて、1年以上掃除されていないようです。鳥の糞と汚れはそこで食べるのが不快です。 全体的に、プロパティは美しい敷地で潜在力を持っていますが、時代遅れのポリシーと清潔さの問題により、完全にお勧めするのは困難です。」

「A newly decorated and practical hotel with satisfying amenities within its cost. Near Sorrento center and it takes about 5-10 mins walk only, no shuttle service is not a problem. Pool is excellent, I saw staff cleaning the pool every morning, sunbath area is broad and sufficient number of sunbath chair. Parking fee is surprisingly low and it costed only €4/day, all you need to do is inform front desk in advance. All in all, a reasonable hotel with reasonable price, you won’t expect more within this range👍👍」

「 Un hotel muy familiar y agradable, muy formales en su atención y trato, cuando digo familiar es porque da la impresión que lo administran los papás con sus hijos y familiares. En cuanto a la habitación que elegimos en las fotos no fue la asignada realmente, nos dieron una habitación demasiado pequeña, solo con un pequeño colgadero y 5 ganchos, no tenía repisas ni closet para la ropa, nos quedamos 5 dias y nos tocaba tener la ropa tirada casi en el piso encima de las maletas y bastante estrecho, la habitación tampoco tenía nevera o refrigerador, digamos que no pasamos mucho tiempo en el hotel pero si nos pareció un poco estrecho el espacio de la habitación.」

「The location is pretty convenient though it’s not exactly at the center of Sorrento, shuttle bus service was excellent and it takes only 5-8 mins to city center. Service from the staff is keen and proactive, room which we chose is double size room and it was big and cozy. Pool is clean and broad, enough space for sunbathing. Just be mutual, decoration was pretty old-fashioned as we had known in advance, breakfast quality can be improved. It’s a hotel with reasonable price and good service.」

「Fui con mi papá y estuvimos 4 noches en una habitación doble queen. Nos quedamos enamorados del hotel, la decoración , la limpieza y las instalaciones. Disfrutamos un sunset en la terraza con buena música y buenos tragos , fue un momento inolvidable. El valor del bar es un poco alto pero los tragos se sirven con aperitivo abundante y el servicio es excelente. Adriano en la pileta es súper atento aunque creemos que falta más espacio de solárium y piscina por la cantidad de gente que hay. La habitación correcta. El balcón lo usamos mucho , es un poco lejos para caminar al centro deberían tener un transfer por la categoría del hotel pero alquilamos un auto y estuvimos bien. Gracias majestic volveremos」
