ニュージーランド旅行の最後の日の驚き。実際に化粧落とし紙も提供しましたが、たまたまなくなりました。快適すぎます。スペースが広くて、タオルが柔らかくて白いです。暖かいハンガーもあります。小さな服は全部乾いて持ち帰る必要はありません。棒!

The accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.

This was our second stay at Hygate. It's in a great location close to the city. The units are quite spacious, beds are really comfortable and everything else we needed was provided.

В целом мотель неплохой если жить на втором этаже. На первом этаже все окна полностью закрывается соседняя заправка, свет почти не проникает в комнату, а на окне встречаются большие черные пауки. Также из существенных минусов отсутствие стиральной машинки и сушки. В остальном хорошее обслуживание, каждый день уборка. Ресепшн находится в другом отеле, поэтому будьте готовы пройти пешком 10 минут.

The rooms were excellent, comfy bed, had everything we needed receptionist was friendly and helpful, excellent value for money, will be back to stay next time we are passing through.

一人旅で来ましたが、まあ...値段相応かと思います！シャワーとトイレも古いなりには清潔に保たれていてとてもいい印象を持ちました。立地も中心地から近く近くにパッキンセーブもあるので自炊もできちゃいますね。ただ、ベッドはだいぶガタが来てるらしく、取っ手が外れかかっていたり、何より布団が洗っていないのかとても悪臭を放っているものがありました。そこさえ目をつぶれば全然ありです。

When l arrived at the Motel l found out that when l was doing the booking l should have taken note that there is no reception on site.When l rang the purported site the call was not a friendly one.I took an uber to collect the keys .And soon as l opened the door to my room which was room 9 l was discombobulated.It appeared no house keeping had been done prior to my moving in.The bins were all full of rubbish.The bedding had not been changed .Two McDonald’s empty drinks by the sink area.Two cups and a spoon in the sink see photos.I was then moved to room 7 which appeared to be clean but that inconvenience made me enraged😡

My stay at Alcamo Motel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to the city center of Hamilton, with plenty of parking available. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated, which was slightly disappointing. With some renovations, this place could definitely attract even more guests. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
