Access to the backyard is off the kitchen for convenient outdoor dining on the backyard patio (complete with table seating for up to 16, gas grill, lounge seating around a gas fire-pit and room for yard games). A half bathroom and stackable Laundry round-out the Kitchen area. Travel through the wet bar (with beverage fridge and ample barware) to the formal dining room with table for 8+ and bistro seating overlooking the stunning original bay windows.
