It has a whole water filter, air purification, use of full kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, office space, The outdoor space includes a gas fire pit, corn hole, horse shoes, 9-hole disc golf course, and if interested, there is a Recreation Center 1 block from the house that has a full pool and gym. The house has plenty of room for hosting/entertaining - please feel free to message me with any questions in regards to hosting.Guest accessGuests will have access to a kitchen, living space, and of course, plenty of rooms for privacy.
