A welcome basket of goodies awaits your arrival.The three bedroom ranch style home sleeps up to 6 people including infants & children in the count and has a view of Eagle Harbor from the front picture window and front patio. Each bedroom has a Queen Bed. There is a full bath with walk-in shower and a half bath. Towels & bed linens are provided and beds are made for you. The Kitchen includes a flat top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 10-12 cup coffee maker, crock-pot, plates, cups, glasses, silverware and cookware. The compact washer/dryer is off the kitchen. We provide 4 pods/4 dryer sheets.Living room has flat screen smart ROKU TV, a TV stand with electric fireplace, couch, 2 reclining chairs, 1 other chair, bench and games. The Homestead includes WIFI. There is a bike rack outside (bring your own lock) and only 2 parking spots. Sorry, no parking for trailers of any size. New Front outside patio includes chairs, table, bench and gas grill. We would like to keep bottles off patio. No outdoor fire pit, open flame are allowed in the yard or on the patio. New wider sidewalk leads up to the Homestead Rental.Front yard use only.You may use the dock across from Water Street Inn for watching beautiful sunsets, sunbathing and just relaxing.
