「The sauna tub in the kind room we upgrade to was amazing nice treat for sure Charles at the front desk was amazing I would request that the mobile app make the fee more know upfront because there was 100 deposit I didn’t know about because it’s not view able on the mobile app」

「Room was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer.」
