「We had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. Our room facing Erhai Lake, the room is new, comfortable and definitely clean. Despite language barrier, we are still able to communicate using digital translations tools. The moment we reached Dali Railway Station, the hotel continuously trying to reach us to guide us on the location. Once we reached the meeting point, they arranged to transport our three big luggages to the hotel, then we can easily walk to the hotel. The people are kind and very helpful, and always trying to provide what we need during our stay. We are so grateful to meet many kind person during our stay at Dali. For our next visit, Dali need definitely more than 1 night stay.」

「I booked this place after reading the reviews about the above and beyond service, and the connection that guests were able to make with the owner of the accommodation. When there are hundreds of hotels to choose from, I value getting to know the humans behind a business. Unfortunately during my stay the main owner whom the reviews refer to, was away. The staff that was in place was helpful, but I felt gave me the one simplest solution to any question I had, rather than the best possible solution, or even options, for what I needed help with. I probably had an anomaly of an experience. The room was spacious and fairly clean. There was a bathroom window in the room that had no blinds or curtains, and the courtyard lights would stream into the room past 10pm, which meant that the room was not completely dark. I included a photo - the light is a lot more obvious and pervasive in a dark room. I had to sleep with an eye mask on, which thankfully, I had. I would suggest to the owners to put a curtain or some blinds up in the bathroom window. I would still recommend this hotel for its quiet location and proximity to the ancient city (8-10yuan Didi ride). Hopefully you'll have the lady boss around during your stay.」

「このホテルは、値段の割に立地が最高です。古代都市の南門に続く地元のスナックが並ぶ通りのすぐそばにあります。 エアコンはよく効き、お湯は熱く、水圧も良好です。私たちは、室内の受付に面した大きな窓と、通りに面した小さなバスルームの窓がある部屋に案内されました。夜は騒がしいだろうと思っていましたが、今は閑散期なので、滞在中は騒音に悩まされることはありませんでした。 朝食はシンプルですが、とても美味しいです。重要: 早めに来なければなりません。これがこのホテルで唯一気に入らなかった点です。朝食は8時から10時まで提供していますが、9時半に来たときには食べ物が残っていませんでした。野菜なしの麺を1杯作ってもらいましたが、朝食は料金に含まれているので少しがっかりしました。9時半に朝食代を払ったゲストに何も残っていないのは言い訳になりません。」

「The Large Studio was excellent and noticeably better than the other rooms. Warm, spacious, beautifully designed and even better than the photos. Bathroom and facilities were outstanding, and the temperature was comfortable during winter. Wi-Fi worked well and staff were very kind and helpful. Location is convenient with shops nearby and a short walk to the centre. If staying in winter, I would strongly recommend booking the Studio, as it was significantly more comfortable . Scoring note: Rated using my 10-point system covering cleanliness, sleep, location, value, bathroom, staff, facilities accuracy, Wi-Fi/work, atmosphere, and stay-again factor. Score reflects listing accuracy and lived experience, not luxury.」

「The location is good, near Longkan. Easy and convenient for watching sunrise. The room is stunning, with swooping views of the Cangshan mountain. There's also a big balcony for you to chill in, with beautiful mountain view. The service is great at the hotel, we were greeted warmly and the boss is very nice. We will come back again.」

「找不到照片了總之來好評一下，非常好的民宿！建議所有去大理的人住在三文筆村，入住之後觀察了一下，差不多坡度的前提下這家是山景最好的，雙床房間有一半都是觀景落地窗，還有一個小陽台可以吹風，超級愜意！做的全屋智能，內設什麼的都挺乾淨的，好評。 民宿的大家也都很好，每天早上是現做的早餐，有洗衣機烘乾機可以用，能直接在民宿租電瓶車，我們親愛的前台小王也非常友善，幫了很多忙，，提供了很多有用的建議。總之感謝！」

「The hotel was lovely and the staff ensured I was welcome and comfortable, helping me plan a route for Cangshan mountain and supportive of the fact I couldn’t speak Chinese. The room itself was amazing and I was very impressed, fantastic view of the mountain. The service was excellent until there was a power cut during the night, granted this was not the hotels fault but it was slow to rectify leaving all the electricity and hot water in my room not running for a while. The location was very remote, disingenuous to say it is part of the old town when it was a 10 minute taxi away (3km and 50min walk). However, the location was near the zhonghe cableway which was convenient for the mountain. It was a pain having to get Didi everywhere from the hotel but it was a negative that was mostly outweighed by the positives.」
