「Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of freshly cooked food. Fresh noodles, Brioche bread and fried eggs were my favourite. Plus there was lots of other choices of food. The fresh bread to cup coffee in the reception was excellent with a lovely cappuccino available using fresh milk. Not often you get that choice in Chinese hotels. If you are in pu'er you will find it hard to get a better hotel for the money, with all the facilities and so close to Simao old town. 10 out of 10.」

「This is a great hotel! The property is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The location is super convenient—it's relatively close to the train station. There are also several convenience stores right around the corner, which is perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks. Plus, we loved having so many e-bikes available for rent right outside the hotel door; it made exploring the city so much fun. Highly recommend!」

「外観はやや古びた印象ですが、ホテル自体は新しく改装されています。 部屋は広く、トイレは自動洗浄式なので使いやすかったです。2階には無料のランドリー設備があります。 ホテルでは毎日無料の夕食（麺類）を提供しています。 朝食は典型的な中華風で、ホテルのマネージャーが7時間の列車の旅のために*、サツマイモ、肉まんをテイクアウトするように勧めてくれました。 また、ホテルに頼めば駅までの無料送迎サービスも利用できます。 休暇で滞在するのに最適です。」

「還可以，酒店設施還是比較新的，去戴家巷走路過去1公里左右，那邊吃的比較多。酒店有洗衣服務還是很方便。唯一不太滿意的是，退房前發現床下面有一衹死掉的蟑螂。。。還是請加強衞生啊」

「ベテランのホテル愛好家であり、元ホテルマネージャーでもある私としては、いくつかフィードバックを差し上げたいと思いました。まず、良い点を挙げると、便利な立地、新しい設備、スマートホームテクノロジーの導入、そして非常に快適な寝具です。次に、悪い点を挙げます。1. スタッフの研修が明らかに不十分で、サービス能力が限られていました。受付係は若い女性でしたが、明らかに4つ星ホテルでの経験がなく、笑顔も見せず、積極的なサポートもせず、問題が発生した際には動揺している様子でした。2. 部屋のレイアウトに問題がありました。バスタブ付きの部屋にはテーブルがなく、テイクアウトの食べ物をベッドサイドテーブルで食べざるを得ませんでした。3. お湯の量が著しく少なく、バスタブが使えませんでした。フロントのマネージャーは部屋を点検し、解決策を約束しましたが、結局何も改善されませんでした。このバスタブ付きの部屋は、全く意味がなく、無駄なスペースでした。 結論として、当初は否定的なレビューを書くつもりでしたが、これらの欠点は研修とハードウェアの調整によって改善できると思います。ロビーマネージャーは丁寧で熱心でしたが、宿泊客が求めているのは何よりも解決策です。ホテルの設備がホテルの能力に見合っているよう、スタッフの研修を強化していただければと思います。」

「We stayed at this place as it was not too far (~10-15mins) from the train station. The highlight of our stay was how warm and welcoming the host was. She made us feel right at home! We arrived late at night and she offered to make us supper and helped us figure out our logistics. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet with no traffic noise as it’s in a residential area. There’s some food shops in the neighbourhood too. We really enjoyed our stay here.」

Forgot to take pictures of the place so attached are pictures of the surrounding areas. Location is great - its close to a popular locals market, and SiMaoJie is just 20-30 minutes away by foot. Ride-hailing from the homestay is also convenient. Facilities and amenities are complete - you can wash and dry your clothes, chill at the rooftop balcony」
