火宮殿周辺のおすすめホテルを予約

This hotel is out of the box. Suprise when look at the small receiption area. But when we are up to level 4, honestly we are suprise to saw the nice interior & very nice room, clean & room quite big. Good location, many restaurants & shop sorrounding. Shopping mall just only 200 meter. I will back here again

大人1名、子供2名でスタンダードルームを利用しました。2つのベッドを合わせて大きなベッドとして使えたので、快適に眠れました。階下には麺料理の店や小さなレストランがあり、ホテルのすぐ外には地下鉄五一広場駅があるので、ロケーションはとても便利です。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で丁寧で、観光スポットや旅行のアドバイスもしてくれました。心からサービスを提供していると感じました。唯一改善してほしい点は、他の宿泊客に共有エリアでの喫煙を控えるよう注意を促してほしいことです。共有の生活環境を維持するためにも。ホテルのビジネスがますます繁盛することを願っています。

立地がとても良かった。黄兴広場や五一広場に近く観光もしやすかった。 また、フロントの方とwechatを交換して困りごとがあるとすぐ対応していただけます。

ホテルまでの道が凸凹で荷物が押しにくかったが、地下鉄も中心地からも近くて便利でした。

ホテルの部屋は清潔で新しく、とても快適でした。立地も良く、市内中心部に位置していました。

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

立地良く近くに飲食店が多くて便利

Location is perfect. Pozi St right behind the building. Taiping St just across the street. IFS and Shopping Pedestrian St just about 5mins walk. Foods could find in every corner of the building. Walmart hypermarket is just nearby. Room is big as per photos. We 4paxs could open our 24inch luggage and spread across the platform still have enough space to move around. We ask for extra hangers as we wash our clothes everyday. We juz open the aircond(hot air) during night when we asleep. The clothes dry after a night. All washing powder/ shampoo/ body wash/ toothbrush is provided. We stay on 25th floor with city view and slightly could view partly if the famous Orange island. Host did a great job.he is kind enough to find an umbrella for me during 3 rainy days. We have a great stay. Will book again.
