JJanine WillGreat location next to the train station. Check-In was a bit of a mess. Seems the reception guys has not much experience and didn't explain anything. But the hotel room is really nice with a decent kitchen area. Pool and gym in the basement are a bit small but totally fine considering the price. Room cleaning service comes twice a week.
ゲゲストOverall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit.
.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive.
Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!
