このホテルは特別に予約されており、ホテルは長い歴史と良い場所を持っています。今回は豪華な大きなベッドを予約しました。フロントデスクのサービスはとても暖かく、私たちにとって最も魅力的なのは窓の外の景色です。ホテルのサービスはプラスポイントであり、プールもプラスポイントであり、フロントデスクとロビーのコンシェルジュサービスは特に良好で、特別な旅行です。満足満足

Casas del XVI is a truly special place—understated yet luxurious. The property is impeccably clean, the staff are warm and welcoming, and every detail feels thoughtful and unique. Each courtyard has its own distinct charm, making the experience feel intimate and personal. The dining was excellent, beautifully prepared and memorable. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer and never leave.

+++++ ドミニカ共和国で最高の体験の一つです。 アンティークな建物、インテリア、朝食、サービス、そして従業員の対応。これらすべてが、滞在をとても快適で心地よいものにしてくれました。 - シンクから水漏れがありました。修理業者はすぐに来てくれましたが、その後また同じ問題が発生しました。 提案：レセプションで頼まなくても、日中はお湯を使えるようにしていただければと思います。

2025年2月に休暇を過ごしました。ホテルの隣にはカジノがあり、ホテルの左側には良いスーパーマーケットがあります。屋上のプールも気に入りました。全体的に清潔で美しく、居心地が良いです。スタッフはロシア語を話しません。

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

立地は全体的に良く、前回宿泊した時よりも改装が進んでいて目を見張るほどでした。エル・コンデ地区は衰退しつつあったので、この地域への投資が増えているのは喜ばしいことです。

Very good Hotel in the city center

ホテルは中心部から少し離れた、レストランが近くにある非常に治安の良いエリアに位置しています。受付の対応はとても親切で、私たちの部屋はまだ準備ができていませんでしたが、すぐに別の部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。朝食の種類も豊富です。ジャグジー付きのプールは非常に広く、たくさんのラウンジチェアとバーサービスがあります。自家用車でお越しの方にも十分な駐車スペースがあります。

私はホテルが好きで、チェックインの2時間前に承認されました。
