観光地のすぐそばで、休憩にふらっと立ち寄れるのが嬉しい。ゆっくりくつろげて最高でした！お世話になりました。

清潔で、セキュリティも保たれてれていて満足です。各見どころにも近くて便利です。特に、海岸まで行くのは、アクセス抜群で晴れていたこともあり、のんびりと良いウォーキングが出来ました！

立地は最高です。トラム停留所のすぐ隣、旧港やレ・テラス・デュ・ポールのショッピングモールにも近いです。サービスも素晴らしく、価格以上の価値があります。

設備が充実。朝食も豊富！ 親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ。

このホテルの最大の魅力は、駅に近いことです。丘の上にあるため、旧港などの街中をスーツケースを持って歩くのは大変です。地下鉄かタクシーの方が近いので、そちらを利用することをお勧めします。マルセイユは丘陵地帯です。イビスの最大の魅力は、優れた防音対策です。隣の部屋のドアをバタンと閉める音は、窓の外の音ほど大きくありません。朝食も、この価格帯のホテルとしてはなかなか良いです。

周りには安い朝食カフェがたくさんあることと、食料品店がいくつかあることを書き忘れました（最初は2泊予約しましたが、それだけでは十分ではないことに気づいたので、2つのレビューがあります:)）

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette hôtel, l'accueil est sympa, l'emplacement est très bien à l'entrée de Marseille et juste à côté du port de l'estaque.

First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
