I stayed there for one night. Asked for a quiet room but the street noise was still really loud since it's facing the main street. But it's so easy to find from the station. I could also hear water hitting the shower floor through the ceiling and the whole facility seems outdated. Bed was comfortable though.
The breakfast was fine. They seem to accommodate people with different diertey requirements
The worst experience was a smoke detector tester knocking on the door in the morning. Why can they just wait for a few hours until the check out or at least inform ahead of time? I'm a female staying alone and there's a man just knowing and coming into the room, it's really scary.

No tv. Very little furniture. Only one pillow. Head board of bed made from rubbish. Bar closed. Restaurant closed. Place is quite shoddy. Interior painting is very rough and without correct preparation. More of a backpackers than a hotel.
Took an hour to find the place, it has no sign writing at all on the exterior, apart from one small sign at the front door which apparently was its previous name. The last comment was probably the worst feature.
The worst night I ever had in a hotel. I didn't get a good sleep. The air-conditioning is not working. Though they provided an electric fan in the room it's still not enough to sleep comfortably as it's too hot.
匿匿名ユーザーIt was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed.
The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities.
The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really.
If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.
ゲゲストA stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back
ゲゲストFast check in, really nice onsite coffee shop and bar.
Rooms are large, but slightly odd with a window that looks into the sink and shower so you always have and audience if you like it or not.
Two single beds unsecured with two single mattresses to make a superking bed wasn’t ok as we kept having to push the beds back together.
We would stay again, but it is a little bit of an odd room set up.
Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
ゲゲストOn the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.
ゲゲストEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!
