Остановились на 1 ночь после долгих перелетов. Все было прекрасно, удобная кровать, выспались хорошо. Завтраки чудесные, большой выбор и можно начать день с шампанского. Спа в отеле помог расслабиться и прийти в норму для дальнейших перелетов. Спасибо большое

Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel.
IINTAN HASLINDADAVISI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival.
After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room.
What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response.
The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.
IIri_AsiaOne of the best hotel near Arbat street. The location is really convenient with an underground station just across from the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We didn't have breakfasts in the hotel, as there are many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 2 nights in Moscow. So 1) location: The hotel is in a great location - almost center of the city 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal English 3) Service: The hotel does not have an elevator and we were on 3rd floor - so luggage had to be taken by self. 4) Overall experience: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia: no courtesy, no support/ no extra help of any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help—just cold, transactional behavior. At least in the hospitality business like a hotel - you should be hospitable, welcoming, supporting. Russia needs to learn basic hospitality.

I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.
VValchefOur stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations.
Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

3. The best reception is always kind and lovely. She helped us to solve every problem, call the taxis, answer the questions, and give her beautiful smiling. ( She made the registration for us.)
4. We cooked happily because the kitchen was very clean and comfortable, drinking water is ok, hot and cold.
5. The supermarket is near and close 23.00 PM.
6. Everyone was good for the maid, it was perfect if she changed the towels for 2 days but she changed for us the fourth day (We stayed 5 nights.), she cleaned every day and the hotel was clean. She smiled lovely and she was very friendly.

Очень не хватает полотенец, геля для душа и нормальных чашек и стаканов, даже если используется одноразовая посуда, не покупайте самую дешёвую, она сразу деформируется, как наливаешь горячую воду.
