I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival. After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room. What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response. The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

受付の方はとても可愛くて、英語も流暢でした！ロビーは素晴らしく、部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、バスルームの水圧も良く、ベッドは快適で、室温も快適でした。とても満足しました。朝食は最初は注文していなかったのですが、朝にフロントで1人1500ルーブルで追加しました。特に特別なことはなく、ごく普通でした。

Прекрасный отель. Чисто уютно. Есть выбор номеров на стойке ресепшен, поселились в номер на 11 этаже с ванной и душем. На -1 этаже небольшие но очень удобные термы. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь.

快適な滞在です。モスクワ出張の際もこのホテルに宿泊しています。フロントの男性はとてもイケメンで、フロントの女性もとても綺麗です。サービスも良いです。毎日タクシーを手配してくれます。朝食はおいしいです。

全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。サービスは素晴らしく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。アメニティも充実しており、すべてが清潔で整然としていました。滞在を本当に楽しんだので、ぜひお勧めします。

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.
