ゲゲストこの店は、私がロシアへの旅行中に泊まった中で最も快適なホテルで、交通機関は便利で清潔で快適です。サンクトペテルブルクに到着するのが比較的早いため、冬宮殿まで徒歩約10分で到着できます。チェックインできないのではないかと心配していました。その結果、スタッフはとても熱心で、早めのチェックインを手伝い、WI-FIパスワードを親密に知らせました。部屋はとても清潔で、雰囲気で装飾されており、電子レンジ、やかん、その他の備品も親密に提供されています。サンクトペテルブルクのこの宝物屋をもっと友達に見つけてもらいたいです。

FF AlmazroueiThe Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.

ゲゲストClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available .
The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers.
The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants.
Definitely worth it!

ゲゲストThe Hotel is an old building renovated well to be a clean nice and new 4 star hotel . It is located in the heart of St. Petersburg and near all attractions.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is located on the second floor, and there are stairs at the entrance (about 12-14 steps)between the entrance and the reception . During daytime they have concierge service to help with the luggage.
The hotel Elevator to the rooms was added to the building and fitted in a way it stops in between floors, so you must either climb or go down half a floor every time you go to your room. It is not that bad if you can climb the stairs . I think the hotel is not suitable for a wheelchair.
The breakfast is good and starts from 7:30 am to 11:00 a.m .
We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

ゲゲストネヴァ川の景色を望む2部屋を予約しました。その結果、オーロラではなくコンサートホールの丸い屋根が見えてしまい、印象がぼやけてしまいました。部屋はくたびれていて、改装が必要です。窓は開きませんが、空調システムは良好です。バスローブはワッフルでした）。朝食にはたくさんの人がいて、おそらくピークに達したのでしょう。あらゆる好みに合わせた幅広い料理の選択肢があり、チキンスープを試すこともできます（ちなみに、おいしいです）。全体的にホテルは悪くなく、良い印象を持ちました。

На ресепшен заселили быстро безе по тем. Приветливые сотрудники.
Единственное, завтраки очень скромные и почти нет разнообразия. Но вкусно.
Хорошая локация. Все рядом и доступно.
Возможно мне не повезло с розетками в 409 номере. Их не было рядом с кроватью, не смутило но жалко(
В целом, я осталась очень довольна проживанием. Рекомендую. Отель соответствует цене и качеству.

TTAN CHEE TINMay be they wanted me to stay in a better room even though i have upgraded to Executive, from Standard. It would have saved me much hassle..anyway, it is a great experience staying in Novotel which is strategically located at the town area…
The last 2 pictures were taken from my Windows, where there is a school situated at the back of the hotel. It was just gorgeous under the snow.

部屋は快適で、暖房もよく効いています。ただ、建物は少し古さを感じます。
荷物預かりなどサービスも充実しています。
唯一の欠点は、WiFiの速度が遅いことです。これはホテルの責任ではないかもしれませんけれども。このため、施設の評価に「悪い」をつけました。
総じてお勧めでき、もしまたサンクトペテルブルクを訪問するなら、ここを検討します。
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of St. Petersburg, making it a great value.
The breakfast isn't a buffet, but rather a set menu (They have English menu(Attached image)). The breakfast is served quickly.
The rooms are comfortable and the heating works well. However, the building feels a little old.
They also offer luggage storage and other services.
The only downside is the slow WiFi, although this may not be the hotel's fault. For this reason, I rated the facilities as ”poor.”
Overall, I recommend this hotel and will consider staying here again the next time I visit St. Petersburg.

AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

匿匿名ユーザーVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.
