ここは素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋はとても清潔で新しいのでよかったです。娘もこの素晴らしいシャワールームを使いたくて仕方がありませんでした。理想的な場所でした。すべての中心にあります。驚異的。楽しかった。

バーミンガムシティ中央にあるセントポール大聖堂の真向かいです。まわりには高級レストランやデパート、一本通りを変えればパブやカフェなど賑やかです。チェックイン時、私の日本アクセントと受付男性の南米アクセントでコミュニケーションが上手くとれなかったせいか、横柄な対応を感じました。ホテルは部屋もレストランも歴史的建造物だけあって素晴らしいです。部屋のバスルームが広くて気に入りました。

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

この店舗はスノーヒル駅の近く、オフィスビルに囲まれた場所にあります。わずか150メートル先に警察署があり、非常に安全です。ホテルでは無料の朝食を提供しています。種類は限られますが、朝にコーヒーを飲むのはいいですね。部屋はとても広く、素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。さらに、シャワーの水圧も強く、全体的に快適です。お値段もリーズナブル！次回もここに泊まりたいと思います。

駅から簡単に見つけられる便利な中心部のロケーション。スタッフも親切でした。大聖堂の素晴らしい眺めも楽しめました。

これまでのところイギリスで最高の滞在でした。家族連れでも手頃な価格で、滞在はとても快適でした。フロントはあらゆる面でとても親切でした💙駐車場も便利でした…アメニティは11/10🤩食器洗い機、コンロ、フライパン、スプーン、エアコンとヒーターがユニット内にすべて揃っていました…素晴らしい💌そして何よりも、クリエイティブな私にとって、この場所の細部へのこだわりとデザインが本当に大好きです😌↕️Staycityでまた必ず予約します😊

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
