I’ve had an excellent stay here at the Crowne Plaza, Birmingham. From checking to checking out, each staff member were friendly and very amenable! I couldn’t have asked for anything else in my room. As a solo traveller it was very spacious, everywhere was spotlessly clean, all toiletries were included and the towels and bathrobes were soft & thick The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows Tea & coffee was plentiful and if you needed more, you simply had to ask The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from Broad Street and the Library I’d definitely stay again! Well recommended!!

本当に素敵なホテルのようです。チェックインは部屋の変更を除けば大丈夫でした。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。部屋は素敵でした。唯一私が言いたいのは、受付とチェックインを別々にして、もう少し目立つようにすることです。なぜなら、中に入ると、受付とチェックインがどこにあるか最初はわかりません。特に付け加える点や悪い点はありません。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。

Arrived at 1pm to check in and was happy the room was already ready with no extra charged.Friendly staff at check in.Discount rate for guests for parking at £11 at the nearby carpark and you can go in and out as you please.Just need to scan the qr code to pay when you check out.Breakfast was basic but it came free with the room.Room was nice and clean.Would definitely stay here again if your staying with your car.Walking distance to everywhere.

Having a twin room for my teenage daughter and myself should have a slightly more private shower area, it was quite awkward! A double room would be understandable for such visibility but not twin! The ‘breakfast’ that was included that is usually £8.50 per head was appalling and I was not the only customer surprised! The Orange juice was sweetened squash, no cooked food (breakfast is not described anywhere online or in any booking information so unfortunately it’s assumed that cooked food would be available, I rang in advance to ask what time breakfast started, and mentioned my daughter liked a hot brekkie when we visit Birmingham for hospital appointments, but was not told even at that point that no cooked food would be available), cardboard bread that was being liberally manhandled (no tongs) cereal smelled old, bowls of yogurt were dried at sides, fruit bowls also drying out on top and the only thing I could stomach was a cup of tea that tasted like the coffee/hot water machine had never been cleaned. I left with an empty stomach, and my daughter ate a croissant. Not worth paying for so it was luckily included, although not so lucky for the paying customers.

Good condiments. Spacious room and toilet. Good service. Good location. Was lucky enough to book during low peak bec the sound proofing in some of the rooms are not so good. Feels like whoever was outside talking or even just closing doors felt like they're in our room lol!

Kula Birmingham is a well-located serviced apartment in the heart of Birmingham, just a short 500m walk from New Street Station (Grand Central). It sits right beside The Mailbox, with plenty of cafés and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the building manager was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in the city.

Really lovely stay at the Malmaison for a few days. The location is excellent for a Birmingham trip, great cafes, restaurants and local sites all in walking distance. Birmingham New Street station is a very short walk. We used the car park for one day when we hired a car, if you prebook it with the hotel discount it’s £20 for 24 hours. I can highly recommend Digbeth for some quirky places to eat, the jewellery quarter is lovely for a walk around too.

ホテルはとても便利ですが、周辺が少し汚いので満点はつけられません。 部屋は広くて清潔で許容範囲内です。 エアコンは約 2 時間ごとに自動的に停止し、温度が 19 度に調整され、風速が最大になったときにのみ再起動する必要があります。エアコンの騒音は非常に大きいですが、私は感じられません。実際には外は暑くありませんが、窓を開けているととても暑くなります。二晩よく眠れませんでした。 登録せずにボトル入り飲料水の代金を支払わなければならないという発想は斬新すぎて、私には完全に理解できません。 フロントデスクに物資を受け取るように頼んだところ、結局一晩中何もされませんでした。 少し遅れて11時頃に部屋を出て、16時頃に部屋に戻りましたが、まだ片付いていない様子だったのでフロントに聞いてみると、それだけだとの返事でした。午前中に片付けた。 全体的に、ホテルの場所と部屋は良いですが、エアコンの問題は深刻で、サービスはあまり協力的ではありません。必要がなければ二度と注文しません。
