「Wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly from start to finish. We were able to enjoy both early check-in and late check-out, which made the experience even more seamless. The location is fantastic, and the valet service plus complimentary champagne were such a lovely touch. Highly recommend!」

「A solid option with easy access to the bridge and downtown. We fpund it to be very clean. The beds seem quite new and are comfortable. Considering that is a motel and not a hotel, we felt like we got a good value stay for a quiet and relaxing night, compared to the alternatives downtown and nearby.」

「Very nice hotel. Middle of downtown so walking was the way to go. I would have liked to know that it was valet only, which I dont like, and the fact that it was going to cost me 98 bucks for the 2 days we were there...I might have chosen a different place. But overall it was nice. Big room, small tvs but we were out exploring, and you have full control over the AC. The hotel itself is the original Citadel which is really awesome staying in a piece of history.」

「Could not have been happier with the room, the staff, or our stay. They have a lil area that has items for purchase and the drink selection could have included milk, but given the fact our room had a full size fridge, was not a bit bothered as we just bought some. It was spacious and had just about everything you could think of. Outlet usage was a bit sparse on one side of the bed, but again, not a big deal. Price was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.」

「The hotel made an error on the price and it was listed (booked and confirmed) as $50/night with breakfast. On check in hotel admitted mistake. Best they could do was $135 a night and 50% off one breakfast for our family. No offer to cover parking. Did not come freshen room during our stay. Supposed to get points but three days later and I haven’t seen them.」
