The hotel is a quaint place in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Wonderful breakfast! However, we forgot a bottle of wine we had purchased in the room and they failed to inform us even though we didn’t get our car from valet for several hours after checkout AND they identified us as the people that checked out when we picked it up. Sure, it was our fault that we forgot it but I expected a higher level of service from this hotel.

Hotel great was great other than our room  - room 135, unbelievable noise. One wall is shared with back of a bar. Constant noises from bottles being moved, jarred, barstools scraping across the floor. Outside/courtyard wall has restaurant and one evening, a jazz band (you can’t make this stuff up) which was all of four feet from our window.

フロリダからバージニアへの帰路、このホテルに一泊しました。 ・手入れが行き届いていて清潔なホテルでした。 ・朝食サービスは素晴らしく、ワッフルは注文を受けてから作ってくれ、種類も豊富でした。 ・チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズでした。 ・立地が良く、どこへ行くにも便利です。 ・部屋は清潔でしたが、ゴミ袋がいくつか足りませんでした。それ以外は全て良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。

ホテルに到着してチェックインしたとき。予約に含まれていた朝食について尋ねました。実際に朝食がないことに驚いた。このカードを手に入れると、毎朝「スーパーマーケット」からアイテムを1つ選ぶことができます。 「スーパーマーケット」は基本的にミニ冷蔵庫と冷凍庫、そして数台の棚でした。ここでは、アイスクリーム、冷凍ミニピザ、水、コーラ、そして、チップスやm&mのようなもの。これはほとんど朝食ではありません。そして、飲み物や軽食さえも、1つのアイテムしか取ることができませんでした。朝食付きで予約したときは、これは期待していたものではないと言いました。 受付係は謝罪さえせず、ウェブサイトの情報は2021年から古く、変更する必要がないと言っただけです。 朝食が含まれていたので、このホテルを決めました。かなり高価な予約でした。 1泊400ドル以上で、少なくとも素敵な朝食や謝罪と補償を期待できます。 最後に、朝に水を1本飲んで、他の場所で朝食をとりました。

場所は私のニーズに最適です。サービスはそれを超えていました。無料の朝食はとても良かった。私は通常、毛皮の赤ちゃんと一緒に旅行しますが、このホテルはこれを許可しています。今回はそうしませんでしたが、ちょうど親切でした。受け取ったレートはとても良かったです。この柔軟性に感謝します。素晴らしい部屋。クリスマス休暇中に再び滞在します。 ありがとう ロンダ

ホテルはとても便利でした。サバンナハイウェイのすぐそば。必要なものに近い。私たちは車を買うためにそこにいました、そして、たくさんのディーラーが通りのすぐ下にありました。それでも、その主要な大通りから十分に離れています。フロント係のイリアナは私たちをすぐにチェックインさせ、すべてを説明し、滞在についてフォローアップしました。  朝食エリアはよく備えていて、食べ物は素晴らしかったです。卵は素晴らしく、通常の粉末状の出来事のようには見えませんでした。  部屋はとても清潔で広としていました。キッチン付きのキングスイートがありました。ソファは快適で、あまり着用しませんでした。シャワーは大きくてとてもきれいでした。私たちのためのもう一つの素晴らしいハンプトンの滞在。

Excellent hotel stay with family located in a very convenient location to explore Charleston downtown and nearby Folly Beach. Hotel staff were friendly, room came clean, and breakfast was served nice and warm to enjoy each morning during our vacation. Shower/tub area of the bathroom could always be upgraded as ours felt a little faulty at times, but well aware that this hotel is an older building that's been renovated recently. For the price we paid for our short weekend stay, it was perfect for our needs and made our stay very comfortable in Charleston.

カーペットには、ベッドからバスルーム(トリップの危険性)までの波紋があり、トイレットペーパーホルダーとバスルームのベースボードが修理されていません。私たちはここで2階を一晩中歩き回ることができ、隣のテレビは午前630時に鳴り響くので、部屋は十分に絶縁されていません。朝食はおいしくて効率的で、毎日異なっていました。フロントデスクはとても歓迎してくれ、私たちが話したすべてのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。私たちはまだマリオットの質の高い部屋でもっと期待していました

The hotel made an error on the price and it was listed (booked and confirmed) as $50/night with breakfast. On check in hotel admitted mistake. Best they could do was $135 a night and 50% off one breakfast for our family. No offer to cover parking. Did not come freshen room during our stay. Supposed to get points but three days later and I haven’t seen them.

Very nice hotel. Middle of downtown so walking was the way to go. I would have liked to know that it was valet only, which I dont like, and the fact that it was going to cost me 98 bucks for the 2 days we were there...I might have chosen a different place. But overall it was nice. Big room, small tvs but we were out exploring, and you have full control over the AC. The hotel itself is the original Citadel which is really awesome staying in a piece of history.
