「フロントのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔で快適でした。」

「房間不錯 環境設施也不錯 凌晨三點去趕飛機 因為付款問題不能叫車 前台一位上夜班的小女孩 幫我緊急溝通了一位門口等待接客的司機 把我送往機場 我非常感謝她 對她的服務很認可 她是個善良的人 因為一些原因沒能起飛 酒店前台電話一直打不通 我七點左右溝通攜程能否聯繫酒店前台 續訂昨晚住的房間能否提前入住 我也可以多付點錢 我打車回到酒店和一個早上開始上班的歲數大一點的女前台溝通 她説我要先預訂她才知道能不能提前入住 我説如果能提前入住 我再訂一晚 她説不可以 結果就變成了無法訂房的死循環 攜程客服也非常積極幫我聯繫酒店 但三個小時也衹打通了一次 我説前台一直有人 但是還是搞不懂為什麼打不通 很感謝攜程 最後我到附近的另外一家酒店 前台非常nice 幫我提前辦理了入住 並告訴我讓我先預訂才能查詢能否能夠提前入住的那個酒店女前台簡直是在胡來」

「Perfect location for work at the conference centre. Rooms are clean and a good size. Hotel has required amenities and the staff are lovely. Would stay again if I was in the city. The sunset view from the room is quite good too!」

「This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it. The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.」

「All the associates were amazing! The front desk associates were so friendly, professional and and helpful. Mitch the mixologist was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and things for children to do.」
