サンティアゴの駐車場付きのおすすめホテル

サンティアゴで泊まるには良いホテルです。立地も良く、ルームサービスも清潔で迅速、設備も比較的新しいです。しかし、私の経験から言うと、サンティアゴで「最高」のホテルという評価には到底及びません。 私は高齢者2人、大人2人、2歳の幼児1人の家族で旅行しました。2泊2部屋を予約しました。デラックスキングビュールーム（1110）とクラブレベルキングルーム（1704）です。チェックイン後の滞在は完璧でした。迅速なルームサービス、非常にフレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、そしてモダンな設備。言うまでもなく景色も素晴らしいです！しかし、チェックイン前後の対応には改善の余地があり、私の滞在を不完全なものにしました。 - 到着時、スタッフは全く対応してくれませんでした。大きな荷物2つと泣き叫ぶ幼児を連れて黒のUberでホテルの玄関に到着した際、誰も助けてくれませんでした。ベルボーイが誰かの荷物を持っており、私たちの車の近くには黒いスーツを着た警備員らしき男性が立っていましたが、他に対応が必要な宿泊客はいませんでした。車から降りた瞬間から、泣きじゃくる幼児を抱き上げようとしたり、回転ドアの半分くらいまでトランクから大きな荷物を2つ取り出したりと、2人ともじっと私たちを見つめていました。誰も車のドアを開けたり、押さえてくれたり、何か手伝いが必要か尋ねたりもせず、ずっと私たちをじっと見つめていました！（もしかしたら、最高のホテルなのに服装が薄かったのかもしれません。）彼らの仕事はゲストを車から降ろすのを手伝うことではないのかと思っていましたが、どうやら他のゲストには当てはまらないようです。 - チェックアウトに時間がかかり、急いでいるゲストへの特別な配慮はありませんでした。最終請求書に間違いがあったため、鍵を預ける代わりに列に並んで誰かと話をしなければなりませんでした。飛行機に乗る必要があると伝えたにもかかわらず、チェックインしている他のゲストと一緒に列に並ばなければなりませんでした。20分ほど遅れました…。列は長かったのですが、スタッフはたくさんいるのに、カウンターは3～4つしか使われていませんでした。 その他はすべて完璧でした。しかし、サンティアゴで最も高価なホテルの 1 つなので、上記の 2 つの点については間違いなくより良い体験を期待しています。

I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

とても良い！サンディエゴの朝食はとてもおいしく、朝食ルームも 17 階にあり、素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。値段が適切であれば、次回もまたここに泊まります。また、洗濯もとても安いです。チリではこの値段なのですか? ？ ？ 3着のドレスが9ドル以下！ ！ ！天地の良心！ ！

This a nice hostel with great potential. We had a lovely room with tv and kitchenette but the kitchenette wasn’t really usable as the job wouldn’t work and there wasn’t enough utensils. Similarly the outdoor shared kitchen didn’t have enough utensils to be usable. The pool area was nice enough. Our highlight though was the breakfast and the lovely friendly lady from Nicaragua who was serving it, she is a great asset to the company. The area is ok and you can walk to the centre but it’s definitely not one of the best areas in the city.

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

フライトが遅れたため、午前1時14分に非常に遅く到着し、コンセールジはまだ私たちのために開いていて、温かい挨拶を受けました。朝食にはさまざまな食べ物があります。私たちは2泊しましたが、次の旅行に戻ります!

空港のお迎えには間に合いませんでしたが（飛行機が遅れて始発のバスに乗り遅れたので、空港に着いたら電話してタクシーに乗ったほうが手間が省けると思いました。） .. Didi International のタクシー料金は約 50 RMB、10 分で到着します） しかし、全体的な経験はかなり良かったです。部屋は小さいですが、清潔で快適でした。 階下のレストランの価格はまあまあで、ウェイターはとても親切です。食べ慣れてないけどはぁはぁ ドロップオフも非常にスムーズで、アーリードロップオフは3時45分と5時45分のみで、私は3時頃に起きました。運転手さんもとてもいい人です 朝食も充実していて大満足です😃

Потрясающий отель, мне понравилось абсолютно все! Жила на 18 этаже в номере 1803, совершенно потрясающий вид из окна на Анды и город, я наслаждалась каждым днем в отеле! Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

フロントデスクのサービスはとても良く、チェックインの手配や朝食の手配、さまざまな問い合わせへの対応など、とても熱心で、英語のレベルもとても高いです。セキュリティは常にオープンで歓迎されています。家のベッドや備品はすべて清潔で乾燥していました。隣の部屋は明るく広々としており、左側にはアメリカで最も高い塔と遠くにある有名な雪を頂いた山々が見えました。右側がはっきりと見えました。静かでありながら活気のある通りを眺めることができます。最も高いタワーのふもと、スターバックスの向かい側とその下にあるスーパーマーケットからは徒歩圏内にあり、周囲にはピザ、マクドナルド、KFC、その他のホテルのレストランが並んでいます。交通は便利で安全です。朝食は豊富で美味しいです。ヨーグルト、チーズボール、キウイフルーツ、「スイートツイスト」、コーヒーはすべて私のお気に入りです。

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
