This family-run Bai guesthouse shows real care and investment in every detail, from spotless rooms to thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The beds and pillows are genuinely comfortable, and quiet nights guarantee real rest. Amenities here are better than anywhere else we stayed in Yunnan, and unlike listings that overpromise, this place truly delivers on cleanliness. The free shuttle to Shaxi Old Town (5-7 min) is a big plus. We were upgraded to a better room, enjoyed simple Western touches at breakfast, and were invited to dinner with fresh homegrown produce 😍. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We highly recommend this guesthouse and hope to return soon, confident they will keep up the quality and warm hospitality we experienced. —————— ¡Detente si reservaste solo una noche! Si buscas en Shaxi un alojamiento realmente limpio, cómodo y con vistas tranquilas a la naturaleza, este es tu lugar. Esta casa de huéspedes, regentada por una encantadora familia Bai, refleja cuidado e inversión en cada detalle, desde la limpieza impecable hasta toques que te hacen sentir en casa. このホテルは沙渓古城内にあるため、タクシーが玄関まで来られないという不安がありました。しかし、料金がかなり高かったので、期待も高まっていました。 小さなカートで荷物を運んでくれた2人の若い男性は手際よく、もう一泊延長したので無料でアップグレードしてくれました。 ホテルの建築様式は興味深く、池の景観がホテル全体に温かみのある雰囲気を与えていました。スタッフはほとんどが若い男性で、私たちにとても親切にしてくれました。サービスは最高でした。私たちが洗濯物を見張っていたら睡眠不足になってしまうことを察して、早朝までセルフサービスの乾燥機に大量の洗濯物を干すのを手伝ってくれました。 食事：橋を渡るミーシェン（麺せん）の朝食は絶品でした。 大理に来たら沙渓古城は絶対に訪れるべきです。そして、このホテルに泊まるべきです！

とても素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。ホテルは旧市街のすぐ外に位置しているので、車で入り口まで送ってもらえてとても便利です。中心部まで徒歩わずか3分なので、どこにでも簡単に行けますが、静かな場所にも滞在できます。 アフタヌーンティーは美しく盛り付けられていて美味しかったです。朝食も美味しく、中華と洋食のセットメニューと小さなビュッフェスタイルでした。 ホテル自体はスタイリッシュで、デザインも凝っています。部屋にはウェルカムフルーツ、無料のソフトドリンク、夜には温かい甘いスープ、上質なバスアメニティなど、快適な滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。 全体的に、価格に見合った価値があり、またぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

The stay was amazing and we would highly recommend for couples and families who want to have a break from the city and enjoy some countryside life in Shaxi. Our friends recommended us to stay here, it was such a hidden gem! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had issues with arranging departure transportation and the owner lady helped us to solve it immediately. And they always welcomed us whenever we came back, it made us feel at home. The hotel was located at a quite location, about 5 min walk from the village. The hotel had a large front yard with some nice seating area, and there were many lovely wooden art pieces on the first floor for us to appreciate. Our room was clean and spacious with a a very big balcony, we had our best time chilling on the balcony during sunset, so beautiful. The amenities were luxurious and fresh yummy strawberries were provided to us everyday! Not to mention, the breakfast was healthy and yummy, it had western and local version alternating. We feel so lucky to stay here and it definitely exceeded our expectations!! Will come back again.

ゲストハウスは立地が良く、四登街まで徒歩約7～8分、玉津橋まで徒歩約10分です。女将さんはとても親切で、素敵なアフタヌーンティーを用意してくれたり、旧正月休暇中にもかかわらず駐車スペースを確保してくれたりしました。部屋は広々としていて、エアコン、電気毛布、電気ヒーターが備え付けられており、とても快適です。唯一の難点は、シャワー室にドアがないことです。これは少し不便です。また、翌日には部屋が掃除されておらず、特に汚れたバスマットは交換されておらず、ゴミも捨てられていませんでした。もしまた来る機会があれば、改善されていることを願っています。

Even though this wasn't located in the main Shaxi village itself, I actually enjoyed the location because of its local feel, beside local shops and all. Getting around was not an issue because the boss or staff will be available to send us to Shaxi village whenever we want to go there, or even if we go to an eatery in the nearby village behind (special mention to a newly opened restaurant that the boss suggested that we can try ＞＞ 溪牛记. we enjoyed that lunch a lot!) Room was large and generally clean. There is also a free self-service washing machine at the basement.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The location is great as it is a short walk to the heart of the old town. There is vehicular access to the back door of the hotel so it was easy for luggage handling. It is also close to the Friday market. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a welcome tea that included very quintessential Chinese teatime munchies. The staff were very welcoming and warm. They made sure our every need was well taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. We were first warmly greeted by the lovely ladies, 林妹妹 and 小妹妹 from Wuhan who helped to check on car booking for our tour. 小邱 greeted us every morning with warm cups of fragrant coffee. We had interesting conversation with him where we learnt a lot about Bai culture and Shaxi, including that the lane beside the hotel is part of the ancient Tea Horse Trail. 做饭张阿姨 made very tasty 饵块 noodles and she went out of her way to cater to our specific dietary request. All-in a very great experience for us.

このホテルは、感じの良い老夫婦が経営していて、本当に素晴らしい人たちです。おばさんは英語も上手で、沙溪についてのあらゆる情報を教えてくれます。旧市街に位置し、メインの旧劇場街まで歩いてすぐです。客室は美しく装飾され、ヒーターなどのアメニティもすべて揃っています。2階にはオープンな座席スペースがあり、本を読んだり、子供が遊べるおもちゃまでありました。息子はとても喜んで忙しくしていました。麗江行きの乗り合いタクシーを手配してくれたり、タクシーのピックアップ地点まで荷物を降ろすのを手伝ってくれました。沙溪は、雲南省のこの地域を訪れる際に必ず訪れるべき場所で、この場所に泊まれば、幸せな気持ちで出発できます。いつかまた沙溪を訪れて、このかわいい小さなホテルに泊まりたいです。どうもありがとうございました。

What an incredible experience staying here! You will be hosted by a very sweet local couple. They have renovated their house into a beautiful homestay operating since early 2026. We decided on this place for the Shaxi stop to experience the tranquility (it's about 15-20 mins walk, slightly distant from the Shaxi ancient town) and local experience. This place has exceeded our expectations due to the incredible warmth we received. You feel like a family guest rather than a homestay customer, which is especially unique and memorable. A lot of the tradition and originality are featured in your room and it's surroundings, in addition to modern flavours. The room is not huge but every aspect from its design, materials, attention to detail, cleanliness (sparkling clean), and amenities are top notch. Special mention to the extremely comfortable mattress, pillows and linen which afforded us a really good night's rest. We also love the tea set with freshly plucked fruits over a beautiful floor to ceiling glass view. Bathroom also comes with flush sensor as well as ceiling heater for shower. Take note the place is located inside the plantation and housing area but accessible by car and bike. The host also offers a complimentary ride to the Shaxi ancient town, as well as hearty local breakfast. Go ahead and have a chat with them over tea! Our Yunnan trip has not ended but certainly this would be our favourite stay above all. We would love to return again
