I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bintulu. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a very comfortable bed and strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international options, and the dining area was pleasant and well-organized. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and key areas in Bintulu. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with excellent service and comfort. I would definitely recommend Fairfield by Marriott Bintulu to both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying here again

Cons 1. Loud road noise during night affecting sleep (front room facing road), poor window sound insulation 2. Lack of maintenance for electrical panel, damage lighting, damage socket for both bedside Pros 1. Friendly staff 2. Breakfast is nice and simple, perhaps can improve in coffee taste (too thin), tea is okay, Food can be better with Suggest breadcrumb Chicken nugget upgrade to tempura chicken nugget 3. Upkeep lobby like painting is being done 4. Good vibes, nice cafe song/music

Introduced by a friend, I was surprised that this hotel is clean and tidy. I am very particular with toilet cleanliness but this hotel really met my requirements. Simple but comfortable. If i come back again to Bintulu, I will stay here again. Front desk staff are also nice.

When checked in, I can smell the scent of nicotine, though I was told it was not a smoking room. 2nd day, after room cleaning, found disposable slippers were not provided, checked with receptionist, was told housekeeping services ended by 430pm, so not able to provide. Was a bit disappointed...

良い雰囲気の美しい夕日の景色。上品なスイミングプールと心のこもった平和。妻がベジタリアンで断食しているので、午前6時に注意深く食べ物を用意してくれたシェフに感謝します。良い経験をしてくれてありがとう。

場所は戦略的で、旧市街にあり、食べ物、食料品、娯楽のための場所がたくさんあります。しかし、ホテルはまだいくつかのアップグレードが必要です。特に廊下のカーペットは本当に嫌でした。部屋は大丈夫です、より多くのライトが修正された場合、それはより良いかもしれません。
