「Everything are as described , nice hot private pool, comfortable beddings, good water pressure, smart toilet and come with personal sauna  (situated in our bathroom) as well !  We have booked the big room with all these facilities, pick up from station, as well as high tea and a bottle of wine, great to unwind and relax in this hotel, and enjoying the great view of Erhai, highly recommend this hotel.  The staffs were friendly and helpful as well.」

Dedicated 24/7 butler service before arrival until departure and turndown service that is usually available at top luxury hotels 🥰 Site is stunning with extraordinary view, team is super hospitable and friendly, offering more than you expected. Our butler 小敏 is superb! She helped us with arranging best rate for upgrade, seaview room, laundry service, breakfast, tea, transport, everything! Everything edible in room is free too :) Car bookout was a value deal, do arrange through hotel and request for 周师傅！He’s not only a driver, he’s also a fabulous tour guide. Looking forward to coming back again, thanks for hosting us!」

「部屋の装飾はシンプルでスタイリッシュで、家全体がスマートで、一流の海の見える部屋、270°の角窓があり、部屋から夕日を眺めることができ、とてもロマンチックです!フロントデスクのスタッフはとても熱心で、ドアの外で挨拶し、無料の駐車スペースを手配し、3階の部屋に荷物を運ぶのを手伝い、近くの食べ物を勧めました。サービスは温かく思いやりがありました!ちょっとしたコメントです。部屋にコートを掛ける場所はありません。改善できるといいのですが。」

「The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service! Thank you, Mr. Mars..you truly made our day with your warm and thoughtful service.」

「コストパフォーマンスが悪く、非常に不愉快な滞在でした。 設備：一泊千元以上もするホテルなのに、バスタブもウォシュレットもなく、キャスト機能付きテレビすらありませんでした。あきれるばかりです。 清潔さ：特に大きな問題はありませんでしたが、清掃サービスでティッシュや歯ブラシの補充がされないのは、これもまた不思議でした。 環境：窓から洱海まで道一本隔てているだけで、景色はとても美しかったです。 サービス：全体的に、インターコンチネンタルホテルとしてはサービスが悪かったです。気が利かず、部屋に足りないものがあると伝えても、わざわざ部屋に入って確認すると言い張る始末。食事も特にこれといった特徴はありませんでした。」

「部屋からは洱海湖のすぐそばのオーシャンビューが楽しめ、目の前には遮るものがありませんでした。深夜過ぎに到着したのですが、ハウスキーパーの方が荷物を運んでくれました。ここのライスヌードルは特におすすめです。今までホテルで食べた中で一番美味しかったです。部屋はとても清潔で、枕も心地よく、道路沿いなので騒音も全く気になりません。部屋の設備も新しく、設備も非常に高級です。本当におすすめです。バルコニーに座って空想にふけるのに最適です。」

「作為選擇困難者 很難去做決定，但是這家民宿讓我體驗到了超預期的驚喜！ 環境非常優美 、安靜；房間內有智能馬桶 智能窗簾 投影和私湯泡池；免費停車；老闆會準備好喝的茶水、晚安牛奶以及早餐，服務周到且温和細緻！ 連住兩天，第二天住的房間可以看到日出🌅，個人非常推薦！性價比高到感覺自己撿了大便宜！ 我們在公區休息發呆 老闆一直投喂，一會兒拿水果 一會兒拿烤麪包 一會兒泡茶 真的是像是在招待朋友一般～ 對了店裡還有一衹叫“初一”的柯基 隨便rua 特別乖特別可愛^_^」

「Excellent stay. Unlimited coffee throughout the day, with friendly staffs. We were given a free photography session with photographer which captures which provides either 3 edited pics / 5 raw pics for free. We opted for 5 edited pics pics, meaning we paid extra 100rmb as the photos were superb. We were given free shuttle service whenever we wants to go to nearby cafe or to Wenbi village for dinner. However, I do need to point out that the hotel itself is rather far from the ancient towns or the erhai lake 'S' curve. Aside of that, if you just want to come and chill, this is a good spot. Not to mention, those amazing afternoon tea snacks and night sweet soups. 😊😊」
