It was wow. Clean ,quite, amazing team smiling and happy to answer question always. The owners came and talked with all guests smile no wonder why the team is so good. Breakfast was great.all facilities was good. Waiting to go there again.

Отель с шикарным видом , сумашедшие закаты и рассветы, расположен далеко от центра и порта, 15 мин на такси. Такси стоит ломовых денег 15 мин до центра, 20€ туда и 20€ обратно. В отеле в ресторане меню просто жуть, как я люблю греческую кухню, но тут кроме шикарного вида и хорошего обслуживания нет никаких плюсов. меню очень скудное, выбрать просто не из чего, цены соответствуют отдельным, но хоть бы было вкусно, но нет, не получилось получить удовольствие от еды. У них в меню даже не было банально греческого салата, который любят все! Зато поехав на следующий день в центр,  в ресторан на берегу, мы кайфанули по полной от греческой кухни. Завтраки хорошие, выбор отличный есть фреш и лосось под запрос. У отеля есть свой пляж, нужно спускаться с горки пешком 5 мин, но есть услуга багги который спускают тебя чтобы не идти пешком по жаре.

he best hotel in Kos; although there are many old buildings on the island, this hotel opened this year, so it is very new. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially the hotel manager, very much; they truly made me feel safe, clean, and at peace. I will visit again.

Loved everything about the Akti Palace (room, staff, food, cleanliness), except the sunbeds. They were far too low and difficult to get on and off and very uncomfortable (no cushions and metal framed made it extremely hard, to lie on, for any length of time).

Wir waren nun das vierte Mal schon da, sind zufrieden aber wir merken schon einige Veränderungen. Was uns aufgefallen das der Home clen service nach wie vor gut ist nur wecken diese einem trotz schild an der Türe bitte nicht stören und fragen ob sie sauber machen dürfen. Das war das einzeige was uns gestört hat sonst nach wie vor Top Hotel Top Lage wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Excellent stay... This is the second Grecotel LUXME hotel we have stayed in and couldn’t recommend the hotels enough!

Fabulous beach front location. Great grounds with beach, lawn, busy pool, quiet pool - something for everyone. Food varied and tasty. A watch out: if you are offered rooms 600+, you will be in the Residence part of the hotel - inland/have to cross a road to get there. Not all bad though as it has its own pool and bar with a lot less crowds. You will end up walking a lot though - which we didn’t mind, but others might. Not sure why the hotel restricts a la carte restaurants to once per stay instead of once per week. It was very empty when we went. Italian food was not that much better than main restaurant so you are not massively missing out. Store merchandise was very expensive, but not sure if this would be same across all hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reception and foyer is lovely and welcoming but the rooms are outdated and definitely not 4/5 star.  The bathrooms are poorly designed where the water just seeps onto the floor flooding it making it. Food is okay not good choices for vegetarians.

İki gün rezervasyon yaptık seyahatimizi uzatmaya kalktığımızda, ikinci gün için çift kişilik yatak istedik ve Trip com dan ödedik. Ancak bize verilen odaya tek kişilik iki yatağı birleştirip odayı double room olarak kabul ettirdiler. Bunu Trip com bildirdim onlar da hediye puan verdi. 2. Günün odasını hiç beğenmedik bu yüzden. Spor salonu için ekstra ücret alınması da dezavantaj. Tv kanalları çok kısıtlı. Kahvaltı çok güzel bol seçenekli ve lezzetliydi.
