「ทางโรงแรม ไม่มีบริการชัตเติ้ล Bus รับส่งแล้ว ตรวจสอบบริการนี้ก่อนเดินทาง เช็คอินได้ง่าย แนะนำให้ พูดคุยเรื่อง วันเช็คอินเช็คเอาท์ ให้ชัดเจน ในวันเช็คอินเลย เนื่องจาก ได้รับประสบการณ์ การเข้าใจผิด จากโรงแรม ว่า check out ก่อนวันจริง 2 วัน และมีการ รูดบัตร (ที่เราใช้ในการ จ่ายค่ามัดจำ ตอนเช็คอิน) ของเราเพิ่ม 2 คืน และ ค่ามัดจำใหม่ อีกครั้งต้องไปเจรจาขอคืนยอดเงิน ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากและต้องส่งอีเมลใบจองไปยืนยัน แต่ได้คืนทั้งหมด ทางทริป.คอม ช่วยดูแลแก้ปัญหาร่วมด้วย ดีมากๆ ขอชื่นชม ห้องกว้างขวางสะดวกสบาย แต่ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดระหว่างที่อยู่ มีอาหารเช้าให้บริการพอเพียง มีเครื่องวาฟเฟิลให้ทำเอง มี บิสกิตให้ รสชาติกลางๆ สถานที่ตั้งไกลจากตัวเมือง แต่ถ้าต้องการ ไป ทำธุระที่มหาวิทยาลัยและโรงพยาบาล ค่อนข้างใกล้ แต่ถ้าเดินไป ต้องระมัดระวังให้ดี มีกลุ่ม homeless บ้าง」

「Staff very friendly.  But, the simple amenities were lacking.  Coffee pot broke, no coffee in room, no hand soap, toilet paper had 2  1/4 rolls only.  2 towels no floor towel.  And the bathtub had peeling paint on the bottom where they tried to patch.  The elevator was out of service.  I did speak to front desk was told they were out of coffee and hand soap.  I was given a bottle body soap and I could get coffee in the lobby.  The breakfast attendant did not change her gloves from wiping tables and handling food.  Food was not a big choice.  I was given points on my membership that I didn’t know I had for my disappointing stay.  We have stayed here in the past and it was fine.」
