AAsmask到着した瞬間から始めましょう。
ベルサービスの方は温かく迎えてくれ、荷物の受け取りを手伝ってくれました。
チェックインの際、受付係の方はとても丁寧で温かく迎えてくれ、部屋に関する質問にも快く答えてくれました。
部屋に着くと、ベルサービスのファイサル・スライマンさんが荷物の運搬を手伝ってくれました。彼はとても親切で、私たちの夜を素晴らしいものにしてくれました。朝食の時間には、いつもダイニングルームの前に立っているアラブ人の女性が、私たちのことを覚えていてくれていて、朝食をとったテーブルを覚えていてくれたことに感謝しています。ウェイターの方々が細部まで気を配ってくれたのも嬉しかったです。さらに、ウェイターの方々は皆、私たちが食べたい料理を手配するのを手伝ってくれ、温かく迎えてくれ、笑顔で対応してくれました。まるで宮殿に住んでいるかのようなダイニングルームの雰囲気も気に入りました。ファイザンさんはいつも私たちの健康状態や滞在の様子を尋ねてくれ、朝食の時間も私たちが最高に素晴らしい時間を過ごせるよう、常に気を配ってくれました。レセプションのトルキさんには大変親切におもてなしいただき、本当にありがとうございました。チェックアウトの際に、コンシェルジュにリヤド経由で送迎してくれるゴルフカーをお願いしたところ、早めに到着するように手配していただき、本当に感謝しています。そして、滞在最後の瞬間、ベルサービスの方々はいつも笑顔で迎えてくれ、笑顔で見送ってくれました。リッツ・カールトン、素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。

ゲゲストWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city.
What I loved:
Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.
Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax.
Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples.
The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips.
Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

Location & Transportation:
The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR.
Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us.
This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab.
Parking: Outside parking is available for guests.
Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed.
The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site.
A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience.
If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value.
A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
