このホテルはとても清潔で、ベッドは快適です。私が滞在する必要がある場合、または緊急事態が発生した場合、私はこのホテルが良い夜の休息を提供することを信頼できることを知っています。私はお勧めします!アイスマシンができたらいいのに。

The breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

私は2泊の予約を予約しましたが、ここに滞在している間は一度もありませんでした。ここに滞在していたすべての人はもちろん、スタッフのいずれにも問題がありました。彼らはすべてをきれいに保つ上で滞在します。何かに問題があるときはいつでも、特定の問題に苦労しているのを見ると、質問する必要がある特定の質問があります (荷物が床に落ち、私の手がいっぱいであるならば、私は手を伸ばすために助けを必要とします、など)彼らはいつも私を助けてくれます。私の安全が危険にさらされていると感じる時間があれば、彼らは私と一緒に私の部屋に歩いて行きます。私は安全に私の部屋に着きました。誰も私を追跡していないことを確認します。朝食の食事は、満期に近い場所ではなく、常に新鮮に作られます。部屋を探す必要がある場合は、このホテルを誰にでも紹介します。 

This hotel is amazing for the price, the staff is very friendly and ready to help you if anything occurs. This was the second time we stayed because my mother had surgery at Mercy hospital, the staff was very attentive when my wife had a few accidents caused by a medical condition . I was very impressed the first time we decided to stay again. If we need to come to OKC again this is where we will stay. I recommend this place to everyone. Juan

The room was clean. We did not have WI-FI not a good deal! Little refrigerator is in a cabinet but it is also on the floor. This makes it very hard to use for elderly people. No ice machine on 4th floor.  Breakfast was good.

The first contract with staff was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Tried to charge me a 2nd time for the room that I already paid for. Was rude when talking to me, talked over me and wouldn't allow me to vintage anything that I was saying. I was told that I could NOT even have someone knock on my door or I would get kicked out. Not sure yet if I will return to this hotel.

There was no food provided. It was also a very crazy night with not having rooms cleaned and available when needed! And still was trying to provide room keys to dirty rooms. Very disappointed!
