Atour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window. Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them). The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance. Atour is a hotel brand that I trust and rely on, especially when we are traveling for an extended period of time.

This is a new hotel in a great location — right opposite is the bus station with routes to other cities. There is a morning market with variety of local breakfast and snack. Among all the Atour hotels I’ve stayed at in Guiyang, this is by far the most comfortable. We checked in late, and the staff warmly welcomed us with hot tea, which was such a nice touch. Our room faced the main street, yet it was wonderfully quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The hotel also offers convenient laundry service — after washing, the staff even helped transfer our clothes to dry cleaning and personally delivered them back to our room. We really appreciated their thoughtful service. At night, from 9 to 11 pm, the hotel serves complimentary supper, and the lobby always has free coffee and tea available. 貴陽旅行、本当に素晴らしいですね！このホテルはターミナルビルの目の前で、道路を渡るだけなので、とにかく便利です！清潔で環境も良く、部屋も広いです。驚いたことに、階下には徒歩1分のところに貴陽の特色あるレストランがたくさんありました。軽食ではなく、どれも大きなお店です！私たちは家族で「貴厨酸湯牛肉」を食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。他にも烙鍋（ラオグォ）や米粉（ミーフェン）など、色々ありました。要するに、ここに泊まれば美味しいものもたくさん食べられ、空港も近いです。朝食も清潔で、明るい環境でした。朝にはホテルへの送迎サービスも予約していましたが、徒歩5分、シャトルバスで10分とのこと。荷物があったのでシャトルバスを利用しました。おすすめです！ちなみに、ネットでは飛行機の離陸音がうるさいとありましたが、私には全く感じられませんでした。家族全員、むしろ静かだと感じましたよ。やはり空港のすぐ隣であることを考えると、十分素晴らしいです！

Xummei Qi Xi Resort Shilihetan Mai Onbuyi Ancient Village, Huaxi District, Guiyang, Guizhou, China 贵阳循美·栖溪院子（十里河滩店）is located in the waterway, wet land. It takes a 5 mins walk from the zimu mountain car park. The resrort staff were patience, helpful, and friendly. They serve breakfast daily on a beautiful platter. There is a residential kitten that loves to be with hotel guests. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return to the resort in our next visit to Guiyang.

ホテルは市街地に位置しており、観光バスのターミナルや、貴陽の主要観光スポットである甲秀楼、黔霊山公園、天主堂へも非常に近いです。周辺には徒歩圏内に多くのレストランもあります。ホテルの設備は充実しており清潔で、コインランドリーもあります。シャワーの水圧は高く、ベッドと枕も快適でした。特筆すべきは、朝食がとても美味しく種類豊富だったことです。毎日お腹いっぱい食べられ、夜ホテルに戻ると夜食までありました。全体的に期待をはるかに上回るホテルで、コストパフォーマンスも非常に高いです。今後、再び貴州を訪れる際にも、ぜひここに宿泊したいと思います。

I had recently come on a holiday to the city and stayed here for 4 nights. The first 2 nights were well and without issue. On the last night, i was unfortunate enough to encounter a rat in my room. It had managed to escape through a hole under the sink and I was told that all rooms had this feature when I was requesting for a replacement room. Even the replacement had issues as the wifi did not have connectivity which caused their smart room functions to not work all the way till checkout. Also, rooms do not have a line to the front desk and communication with them is only through wechat. As such, it will be difficult for travelers who do not know mandarin to have a quick response to issues easily. I encountered my room key to not be able to open my room almost every afternoon and had to face the inconvenience of either going to the front desk or waiting for the staff to come up to provide a replacement key, where both options took substantial time due to the slow lifts. Also, the gym was not in a good condition and the breakfast was plain and repetitive. I have to commend the hotel staff for their positive attitude and willingness to provide assistance whenever issues arose, but I felt they were let down by the infrastructure and setup and could only be apologetic a lot of the time. It is a new hotel, so hopefully they might be able to fix these teething issues and provide future guests with a more positive experience.

出張で宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で快適、そして広々としていました。全てがきちんと整えられており、アメニティも充実していました（エアコン、安定したWi-Fiなど）。寝具は柔らかく防音対策もされていました。バスルームはウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれており、お湯もたっぷり出ました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、毎日新鮮なフルーツを用意してくれました。チェックインもスムーズでした。周辺は静かで便利な場所でした。全体的に見て、価格に見合った価値は抜群でした。フロントの女性はとても丁寧で優しく、可愛らしい方でした。

ホテルの受付係=6/5 ホテルの部屋と予約情報=2/5 全体的に、ホテルの受付係はとてもフレンドリーでとても親切で、この滞在を大丈夫にしています。私たちは真夜中にチェックインしましたが、ホテルの受付係は私たちを暖かく迎えてくれました。彼らはすべての顧客の要求を満たすために本当に一生懸命働きました。彼らは私たちにオレンジを提供し、街に関するいくつかの情報を手伝ってくれました。 ただし、Trip.comの写真を信頼しないでください。 私が予約した部屋は3人用で、Trip.comの写真はベッドとリビングエリアを備えた2つの別の部屋があることを意味しています。  実際、リビングエリアにエキストラベッドを追加したばかりのようで、ソファと机の隣のリビングエリアでカーテンに取り付けられた人が寝ます。 エキストラベッドがあるにもかかわらず、部屋は2人だけのようでした。チェックインすると、タオル、マグカップ、カップ、トイレタリーが2セットしかありませんでした。私たちはそこに3泊しましたが、3日間すべて、ハウスキーピングスタッフは使用済みのタオルを取り除き、2セットのタオルのみに交換しました。そのため、毎日、3人目のフルアメニティとタオルの新しいセットをリクエストする必要があります。 この建物には他にも2つの異なるホテルがあるため、1階のロビーはエレベーターで共有され、異なるロビーに通じています。 私が泊まった床には壁に禁煙の看板がいくつかありますが、ホテルの部屋と廊下はタバコの煙と匂いでいっぱいです。

ロケーションが最高です！地下鉄駅がすぐ下で交通の便が良く、隣には大型スーパーの盒馬（フーマー）やフードストリートがあり、買い物や食事にとても便利です！景観部屋からの眺めは素晴らしく、清潔でサービスも良いです！ただ、部屋番号と階数がなぜか異なっていたり、方角の表示が不明瞭だったりして、チェックイン時に部屋を見つけるのが少し大変でした。この点は改善されると良いと思います。欠点はあるものの、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いです！おすすめです！
