Fantastic vacation experience. Scenic and peaceful surrounding and the 民宿 is top class and extremely comfortable. The service is excellent with the staff all friendly and highly professional What is even more fantastic is the restaurant 山果落 where we had dinner for 3 nights and 3 breakfast. Out of this world cuisine. Highly recommended. The fried tea leaves pork and chicken bamboo shoot soup are heavenly.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed me warmly. The room condition and view was very good. In the evening, there is a small late-night snack in the dining room. The breakfast is not very varied but it was delicious. I stayed for 3 days and the room was clean and organized. I would like to visit again next time.

龍泉尤其是望甌·陶溪川社區是這次五一的驚喜。整個街區規劃得特別好。住了兩天鷗鷺忘機酒店，酒店就在陶溪川社區入口，推薦庭院景觀房可以看到鳳凰山。鳳凰山腳下就是甌江，好有西街，不像那些千遍一律的古鎮，是真正規劃得很好的活化街區，有不少房子還有原住民。人流量不多也不少剛剛好，散步到留槎洲也很近。酒店周圍好吃的也很多。陶溪川裏的研學活動也很豐富，是真的可以度假的目的地。工作人員都很有禮貌，前台小張臨走時送了伴手禮。

設施：房間位於11樓，窗外就是松陽的母親河“松陰溪”，景觀一級棒（圖末）。房間寬敞明亮設施完備。床品舒適，衞浴乾濕分離出水量大，洗漱體驗極佳。房間自帶戲曲特色，化粧鏡及洗漱套盒很有設計感令人印象深刻。房間空調強勁且靜音，夜間睡眠質量極高。好評！ 衞生：乾淨整潔無瑕疵。 環境：地段優越，交通便利。地下車庫車位充足，進出衹需前台掃碼即可，自駕客表示非常棒。酒店出門右轉就是“萬家惠”超市，買伴手禮很方便。 服務：前台小雷服務熱情周到，賓至如歸！

料金以上の価値が信じられないほどです！家全体がスマートです！フロントデスクとハウスキーピングのスタッフはどちらもとても親切で助かりました。ついに夏に使えるエアコン付きのホテルが見つかりました。細部まで行き届いた配慮が素晴らしいです。無料のスナック、夜食用の無料の麺類、そして種類豊富でボリュームたっぷりの朝食。無料のランドリーと乾燥サービス、そして無料のジムも完備。階下にはたくさんの飲食店があり（ザワークラウトのパンケーキは絶品です）、とても賑やかです。

これは私が滞在したのは2回目です。フロントの弟と妹はとても熱心で、態度は素晴らしいです! 👍今回は同じ部屋に滞在しました。ホテルは6階にありますが、3階には足湯があります。今日は足のマッサージの後、部屋に直接行き、スーツケースを持って出発しました。ホテルの朝食もとても良いです👍部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、寝具はとても快適で、睡眠はとても香りがよいです。次回中国に戻るときは、このホテルに滞在することを選択します!個人的な経験、賞賛は本物です! 😁

Nice place and decor, but unfortunately the place is quite noisy downstairs and people smoke here, even though it is written non-smoking, people smoke in the elevator, in the corridors, lavatory etc. The breakfast was great with warm food to order and buffet style.

The hotel was newly built in 2023. The staff really needed to be trained. Front desk staff were the 85%s. The staff from breakfast restaurant were like people getting food for free. They never brought smiles on their faces 😓. I’m going to give them 50%. The cleaning crew needs to be trained indeed. They never care if you were in the room but just wanted to do their jobs on their own schedule likely 2-3:00 pm. They don’t know where to store their cleaning cart but under a dripping ceiling 😅 with all guests’ towels on top. The bath towel were store under the sink on the dust next by the laundry basket.

部屋は一般的に良く、面積は十分に広いですが、施設の装飾は古くて古いかもしれませんが、ホテルは市内中心部の龍泉渓川沿いにあり、環境は良く、駐車場は便利で、充電パイルが装備されています。レストランには朝食スタイルがたくさんあり、さまざまな軽食や果物料理のスタイルがあります。現在、ホテルは川沿いの工事中であり、ホテルの環境に影響を与えています。全体的にそれは良いことであり、ひいきにする価値があります。

It was perfect for a family stay and unexpectedly, excellent value. The room price includes tickets to access the terrace fields areas and discount for cable car and plenty of other kids friendly activities nearby. The hotel itself is next door to the cable car station leading to the several touristic spots, and the museums and shops are right downstairs. And many small gifts for the kids and the adults.
