The pick up service provided by the hotel was a huge plus. Inside the room, they provided a humidifier too which made the air feel like dry when sleeping during winter. They provided gloves, a map, updates about the opening of the cable car. Along with the breakfast, this hotel really prepared us sufficiently for the climb up Huashan.

強くお勧めします！スイートルームにはバスルームが2つあり、南に華山、東に日の出の景色を望む、洗練された間取りでした。 ホテルにはランドリールーム、ジョギングルーム、レストランがありますが、宿泊エリアとはドアで仕切られているため、アクセスに支障はありません。ランドリールームには乾燥機も設置されています。 最後に、サービスについてですが、車から大きなボトル入りの水を持参したのですが、翌日ホテルに戻った際に、スタッフはビニール袋をきちんと畳んでくれただけでなく、私たちが十分に水を飲んでいないと勘違いして、大きなボトル入りの水にも気づいてくれていました。とても親切な対応でした！ハウスキーピングの料金はもっと高くすべきです！また、配達員が部屋番号を間違えて入力したのですが、フロントのスタッフがそれに気づいてフルーツを追加で用意してくれました。華山には必ずまた来ますし、オレンジガーデンにも必ずまた来ます！

The hotel is a great choice for my 2day 1night trip to Huashan. Free shuttle service is available from Hushan North Railway Station to hotel (both way) as well as Huashan Visitor Centre (also both way). Reached hotel before 10.30am and was allowed to check in immediately. Also we bought Huashan entrance ticket, cable ticket and shuttle bus ticket from hotel front customer service staff, which is much cheaper than the normal quoted rates. The front customer service staff are helpful and friendly, also help my wife to complete her delivery food thru apps despite not having a local chinese phone no., and food was then sent to our room via robot. Breakfast was mainly chinese food, bread, fruits etc which are good in general.

One of my favourite stays in my 30 days trip in China. Free pick up and drop off at the train station. And also free shuttle service to Huashan scenic area. The service was excellent. We stored our bags in the hotel and went for one day hike in Huashan. Upon completion, the driver came with our luggage at the scenic area and drop us off at the station. The recept 任宝青is very friendly and always ready to serve. Any requests via the wechat is promptly attended to. 5 stars for her service. She even reminded us of the weather and what to wear for our hike. Rooms are nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. My only regret was it was a short stay. I wished I could have stayed one more night. Highly recommended.

The room was super, 2 rooms anf fine bathroom. After I had my check out, I could wait in the lobby half a day till the evening. And when happened the problems to find taxi, the manager took me to the railway station for free. Thank you to manager and nice receptionists.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

Well this hotel is not new ! We had an extraordinary huge family room (120 m2!), that was very comfortable, beds were perfect, the private living room was great. The walls need to be painted, and we had the feeling to be the only guests in a vast hotel. Swimming-pool is not in use at all anymore. Breakfast was only Chinese, but with many options. A friendly man who speaks English helped us at the reception, that was really nice. You are quite close from the main entrance of Mt Huan.

友達と私は雨の日にそこに着きました。西ケーブルが閉まっていたので、ケーブルチケットを翌日に変更することにし、街で一日を過ごしました。 スタッフはとても親切です。彼らは私たちを迎えに来て駅で降りました。彼らはまた、早朝に私たちをビジターセンターに連れて行ってくれました。 ベッドとシャワールームはいいです。 朝食は平均的です。 友達はそこで仏のネックレスを忘れましたが、西安にいて家に帰ろうとしていたときに知ったばかりです。

設施：非常全 衞生：乾淨整潔衞生 環境：感覺非常清爽，而且還有種香氣 服務：前台態度非常好，保潔人員雖然非常辛苦但是也依然服務態度很好

立地は最高で、華山の入り口にもとても近いです。朝食は美味しくはないですが、まあまあです。静かな場所です。周辺にはたくさんのお店やレストランがありますが、オフシーズンなので閉まっているところもあります。この宿をおすすめします。
