「Extremely clean and always having a great smell, the rooms are not getting too hot during the day , so that’s another plus. Cleaning ladies are so friendly and always smiling, really nice atmosphere. Location is good too」

「This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves.」

「The portier, who is also the entire hotel staff, was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming to us. The location is great—not too central and near the port, but also not too far; the market is just a couple of minutes away on foot.
Our stay was very pleasant, even though the weather wasn’t (raining and a little bit stormy). The bathroom was a little bit adventurous because of the weather, as it had an open roof—but we knew that.
We would recommend this hotel, and we are coming again.」

ゲスト過去35年間（コロナ禍を除く）に世界中の何百ものホテルやB@Bに宿泊してきましたが、このホテルは世界のどこに泊まってもトップ10に入るでしょう！
こぢんまりとした複合施設（高層ビルだとエレベーター待ちで一日中過ごすことになります！）ですが、ホテルのあらゆる細部にまで気を配っています。また、静かな場所なので、交通騒音などもありません！
スタッフはあらゆる面で素晴らしかったです。車やバイクがあれば、立地はそれほど問題になりませんが、そうでなければどこへ行くにもトゥクトゥクを使う必要があります。
また泊まりたいですが、次回はバイクを持参します！

ゲストカンポットの素敵なホテルです。川の反対側にあります。トゥクトゥクで町に行くにはたった 1 ドル、徒歩約 15 分です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋は広くて清潔です。新しいプールチェアのあるプールは素晴らしかったです。このホテルが大好きです!!!

Hotel is conveniently located at the riverfront. A short walk across the bridge to local attractions. Nice scenery and a beautiful swimming pool.

Room not ready when checked in, locker got broken and needed fixing...had to checked in at 5 instead of 2pm. AC also seemed to be broken. anything else was good the location the view and everything were amazing.

Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.
