Our Casa Bella home is located in the Mountain Valley Subdivision in the heart of Concan and is the perfect place to relax outside and still have all the amenities you need inside the home. Case Bella sleeps 18 people comfortably, and has big, vaulted ceilings in the open kitchen and living room. But who comes to Concan to stay inside the house? That's what makes Casa Bella special. Outside you have a back porch that runs the length of the house. Inside the security fence, giving access to the pool, you also get a huge pavilion that has a bar and also seating at the wonderful outdoor tables. This pavilion, unlike any other in Concan, also has an evaporative cooler that will blow cool crisp air even on the hottest of days. Other amenities outside include a bbq pit, basketball court (on caliche), swing set, horseshoe pits, and of course the pool. We’re a <5-min drive to Second Crossing, a 9-min drive to Third Crossing, and a 13-min drive to the treasured Garner State Park.With winding streets and houses acres apart, it feels part country but with easy access to Concan hot spots and amenities. The pizza, margaritas on tap, live music and general vibes at Hippie Chicks does not disappoint. We traded the rusted Texas stars for MCM desert-style, bright-colored vibes. This is a place our family enjoys as well, and you can see the love we have put into it. If you want new-build style perfection, this is not your place. The stairs are a bit steep and the floors have some history, but the views and the style are things to be enjoyed.There are three floors. The main floor includes the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom with a cal-king, a full bath, and a deck with zero-gravity chairs for stargazing and just comfort of course. The upstairs is a loft, open to the downstairs, with two double beds, one small double bed, and a twin (along with some children's books and toys). The lower floor includes a bedroom with a queen and a twin, a full bathroom, and access to the rocking chair deck that overlooks the pool deck.
