Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.5.
