It is on one side of the first of two floors so no need to walk up and down flights of stairs. 550 sq. ft. of gorgeous living space. It has a quaint front porch and one designated parking spot. It has a shared coin washer and dryer. Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. This property has everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. You have the comforts of a home away from home except with an ocean and exciting activities all around. The owner Scott lives in the upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe.
