ここに数回滞在しました。バンスコではお勧めです。値段も手頃で、朝食も含まれています。オフシーズンの衛生状態は良く、ピークシーズンは普通ですが、フロントにアドバイスをお願いするとまたきれいになります。

I was satisfied

The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement.

I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.

Хорошее место . Отличный Спа . Очень хороший завтрак . И странный, без улыбок персонал . Когда мы зашли в ресторан , с нами не поздоровались . Мы посидели 3 минуты и вышли . Обедать не получилось . А вот на завтрак мы уже сами все взяли и съели . Здороваться не нужно . Лишь бы была еда . Персонал в СПА кстати оказался вежливым .

Мы заселились 10 сентября, и сразу по прибытию девушка на ресепшене нас убеждала, что у нас оплачено только на 1 человека в их системе, предлагая оплатить за второго еще за 3 ночи, после нашей настойчивости она кому-то позвонила, чтобы узнать и оказалось, что все нормально и у нас все оплачено, с ее стороны это было грубо, как-будто мы ******. Также мы бронировали номер с 2 отдельными кроватями, на фото такие номера были, но нам дали номер с 1 кроватью, мы поменяли его на другой, где 2 кровати, но нам пришлось их раздвинуть и просить 2 простынь. Также она сообщила, что стиральная машина сломана, а через 2 дня другая девушка сказала, что сломана только сушилка, и мы не усели постирать наши вещи. В номере не работали розетки на одной стене, и не работал телевизор. На кухне есть плита, но нет кастрюли или сковородки, так что ничего не приготовишь. Завтраки были довольно хорошие, есть что выбрать и позавтракать, в номерах было действительно чисто, в спа и бассейне практически не было людей в это время, но возможно было покупаться. Вариантов поужинать в ресторане не очень много, а ресторан неподалеку работает только 3 дня в неделю и слишком поздно для ужина. В качалке нет особо тренажеров, а один сломан, моему мужу это было важно и он расстроен. Туда можно ехать, если у вас есть своя машина и вы ходите побыть в тишине.

Excellent location beside the ski road with car parking. Comfortable and clean rooms. Decent breakfast at the restaurant and spa facilities for apres ski. Not to forget the friendly staff at the reception as well as at the ski rental shop. It will be perfect if the restaurant also serves ala carte menu for dinner with local dishes instead of only set menu catered for British tourist.
