The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. The Bay is protected from rough waves and is well known for its calm water, which is excellent for children. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling, especially at either end of the bay, where it is rocky wher you can find a variety of sea creatures and seashells. The beach is always tranquil. You may be meeting a few people renting one of the homes in the area.The two-story villa has recently been renovated. It has two large bedrooms with a king-size bed, one with a bunk bed, two spacious bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and extra beds for larger groups.It can accommodate up to eight guests. There is a large deck/balcony on each floor. On first floor you will find the main bedroom with a king-size​ bed and a soft mattress topper; a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed. A large bathroom with a ​shower​, and an additional​ living area with two twin beds. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Built in 1905 as a ship captain’s home, Cornerwall has recently undergone a complete renovation. It now offers all of the modern comforts and amenities visitors look for in a vacation rental, yet still maintains its historic architectural charm.The spaceCornerwall's spectacular harbour view can be appreciated from within most of the house. The property's three bedrooms are on the second floor, each opening onto a balcony and the mesmerizing sea views beyond. Each bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bath finished in coral stone.
