This exclusive property includes “ShuggaBeach”, a sister property located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with beach access to Guana’s sugar sand beach and Bahamian turquois water, giving guests the BEST of both worlds!There’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The open living area on the main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the water. The covered ocean view deck is a great place to catch the perfect sunset or relax in the enclosed porch no matter what the weather brings. A spectacular snorkeling spot can be found right at the dock with stairs leading directly into the water. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower right there on the dock. Dock is equipped with lights, ladders, tie up pilings, fish cleaning station, and 15/30/50 AMP power and fresh water on the pole. (lifts are not available). Access to the sister property, ShuggaBeach, located directly across the road, is included to enjoy the sugar sand beach and turquois waters of the Bahamas. ShuggaBeach is a private oceanside deck offering lounge chairs and relaxation. This beachside veranda is a perfect venue for an intimate coastal wedding.
