We will arrange for renters to be shown to the property upon arrival by our caretaker. Our house is managed by local professional property management team that keeps house and grounds beautiful. New glass door entrance and large kitchen window that allows you to see colorful tropical garden. New air conditioner unit, new roof, new extended larger upper deck that allows beautiful views of the sea of abaco and Tahiti beach. New comfortable outdoor sectional furniture and patio dining set. Lots of new furniture, and all new kitchen appliances. Extensive landscaping was done after Dorian to replace our beach, grassy yard, coconut trees, palms, grasses and other plantings. Perfect house to couple with the other Tahiti Beach homes close by. This house adds lots of boat slips for larger groups as dock can accommodate at least four runabouts. We do not Allow large party boats to tie up to dock in addition to the people in the house.This house is located in beautiful Dorros Cove next to Tahiti Beach that has wonderful natural tropical plants, coconut trees.... a true tropical paradise with lots of privacy. Many rentals show beautiful ocean view, we are actually right on the water with our own private sandy beach. We have large power generator as well. Dock can accommodate your rental boat. Please note however that the dock does not offer power or water. You can visit nearby Marina to wash down boat for nominal fee. Our location is elevated on water and provides excellent cellular service. This was the first home situated on this secluded stretch of White Sound beach, built in 1982. The home and its grounds have been maintained and updated periodically and, since its construction, has been fit with all the modern amenities, including a backup generator. Over the years, time and storms have pushed the shoreline closer and closer to the property, offering uniquely spectacular views from the front porch. The property is situated perfectly between the charming village of Hopetown and the serene white sands of Tahiti beach, with bars, restaurants, and shopping in between. Although this is a walker's paradise, the island is dominated by golf carts - which is not currently included with the house but can be rented from a number of nearby companies. The 2nd level of St. Somewhere is a surrounded by windows, offering a 360 degree views of the island and its beauty. The expansive front deck is excellent for spreading out and relaxing with a drink and good book, or for enjoying meals 'with a view'. Spectacular views from the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and wrap around deck. Guests will enjoy stunning sunrises to start their day sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean! A short path off the deck leads to a beautiful white sandy beach. Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen size beds and ocean views. The living area has a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. All new linens, towels and everything for the beach. A spiral stair leads to the lower level with a queen size bed, 2 pc bathroom and spacious outdoor shower.Kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, French press, breakfast bar and lots of counter space. The outside deck has a table for 4 overlooking the ocean for al fresco dining and lounge chairs for relaxing. Conch Quest is fully equipped with great Wi-Fi, a new TV, backup generator and Weber propane BBQ.Sea Spray Marina is a 5 minute walk with multiple boat slips and outdoor bar/restaurant.
