カナダに出張するたびに泊まる場所です。 本当にきれいでどこか場所も最高です 空港でもタクシーに乗ればすぐですね、 近くにグルメやカフェもたくさんあります！ 写真のように奥なのでタクシー乗りも楽です。

JFLフェスティバル期間中、数日間滞在しました。 パノラマルームを予約したところ、たまたま7階に宿泊できました。 まず第一に、通りからの騒音や、ロビーに入ろうとするホームレスの人たちについて、あらゆるウェブサイトで不満を述べているのを見ました。 -このホテルは交通量の多い交差点のすぐそばにあります。騒音はありますが、それは普通のことです。騒音が嫌なら、ダウンタウンから少し離れた場所を予約してください。周辺は徒歩圏内でどこにでも簡単に行けるので、今後イベントに参加する機会があれば、絶対にまた利用したいと思います。 -私たちが3泊4日滞在しましたが、ロビーに入ろうとする人はいませんでした。ホテルに宿泊していない人がドアを叩いて2階に上がろうとした時もありましたが、フロントまで迎えに来てもらう必要がありました。特に不満はありません。 部屋の冷房システムは本当にありがたかったです。寝室とリビングルームにそれぞれ別々の換気口があり、暑い日（40℃）でもとてもよく効いていました。おかげでリビングルームを低くすることができ、寝ている間に冷たい風が直接当たらずに済みました。 さて、清潔さについて星1つです。 良い点： -タオルとリネンは清潔で爽やかでした。 -清掃が終わった後（これについては後で説明します）、床に落ちた物を掃除機で掃除してもらい、掃除してもらいました。ほぼ即座に完了しました。 悪い点： 先ほども言ったように、私たちは数日間滞在したので、はたきと掃除用シートを買うためにドラッグストアまで行きました。 -ほこり。手の届きにくい場所についた薄いほこりのことではありません。ウールで覆われた通気口や通気孔のことです。部屋の通気口や隅のクモの巣やほこりを拭き終える頃には、はたきの黄色や白はもうありませんでした。 -ベタベタした表面。コントローラー、スイッチ、テーブル、椅子、ヘッドレストはすべてクリーニングシートで拭きました。簡単に掃除できましたが、落ちた汚れの多さから、しばらく埃を払うだけで済んでいたことが分かります。 -シャワールームの床。シャワールームの石鹸置きにベタベタした跡がありました。床に直接触れないように、シャワールームではビーチサンダルを履くことにしました。滞在中、シャワールームに掛けてあるタオルは一度も取られていなかったので、この点は見落とされていましたが、これは良い判断でした。 もし短期滞在を計画しているなら、くしゃみをしたり、他の人の夕食に触れたりしないよう、必需品を持参してください。そうすれば、ホテルの他の素晴らしい部分も存分に楽しめます。

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

Good location, close to other services (restaurant, coffeeshop..), close to downtown . Room is large enough, can be cleaner around back door, fresher odor is needed. Staff is ok, some use language more fluently than others. Kitchen/ breakfast is full, relaxing. Parking is safe

絶好のロケーション、いくつかの非常に良いレストランに近く、オールドモントリオールから1ブロック離れており、地下鉄駅に近い。 ホテルはそれが提供するもののためにかなり高価です。洗濯設備があり、いいですが、費用を考えると朝食は本当に標準以下です。朝食を選択すると、部屋のコストが大幅に増加するか、朝食に1人あたり27ドルを支払うことができます。それは標準的なホテルの朝食ビュッフェでした-他の場所で半分の価格で2倍の品質を得ることができます。駐車場は1日28ドル、または1日の一部です。

Good location & room was big enough for a family with 4+1 members.

立地は最高で、バス停のすぐ隣で地下鉄の駅も近くにあります。ホテル周辺には小さなスーパーマーケットやレストランもたくさんあり、とても便利です。シングルルームはとても快適でした。ただ残念なのは、朝食が7時半から9時半までしか提供されていないことです。私はよく寝坊して朝食を食べ損ねてしまうので、ちょっと残念です（笑）。

交通 - 「レンタカー」の方は1泊に20カナダドルなのにそれなり合理的だと思います。 「公共交通機関」をご利用の方は、地下鉄駅がすぐそばにあり、便利です。 大聖堂と通りが近く、周辺にグルメマートがあって便利でした。 宿もとても広く調理も可能で、何よりも綺麗で良かったです。 フロントの方々が親切でした。

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!
