Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

承徳のヒルトンガーデンインホテルに1泊しました。ホテルの入り口は車で混雑していました。ドライバーが私たちを降ろしてチェックインさせた際、ホテル前の駐車場の係員はあまり役に立ちませんでした。彼が気にしていたのは、ただ早く車を降ろしてその場所から移動させることだけで、全く手助けしてくれませんでした。駐車場の係員がヒルトンホテルに雇われているのかどうかはわかりませんでした。もしそうなら、このサービスはヒルトンの顧客サービス水準に全く及ばないものでした。私たちは大きな荷物1つと小さなバッグ数個を持っていました。ホテルの入り口に入るには、階段を何段か上って運ばなければなりませんでした。ホテルの入り口に入るためのスライド式の通路は、ホテルの入り口の正面ではなく、正面に駐車している車で隠れているか、部分的に塞がれている側に隠れていました。それでも、受付の女性はとても親切でした。私たちは高層階に案内され、彼女は後でホテルと簡単に連絡できるように私のWeChatをスキャンしてくれました。ホテルの部屋はとても広くてきれいでしたが、息苦しかったです。外気を取り入れるために少しだけ開けられる小さな窓が 1 つだけありました。午後の気温は 25 度まで上がり、部屋の中はかなり暑かったです。部屋のエアコンは中央設定なので、調整できません。フロントに電話して、なぜ部屋のエアコンが調整できないのか、また機能していないように見えるのかを尋ねましたが、中央設定だと言われました。適切な換気もないのに、小さな窓から外気が入ってくることに頼って、ホテルに多額のお金を払っているわけですからね。ホテルの設備は完備されていましたが、暑く感じたため、快適に眠ることができませんでした。ホテルはバスルームとトイレを分けています。洗面台はバスルームの外にありました。朝食は種類が豊富で良かったです。チェックアウト後、旅行用アダプターを部屋に置き忘れたかもしれないことに気付きました。すぐに WeChat でホテルにテキストを送りましたが、残念なことに、返信が来るまで 2 日もかかり、フロントデスクのカウンターに自分で連絡して確認するようにと言われました。これはどういうサービスですか?ホテルの宿泊客にWeChatで追加してもらいながら、フロントデスクに自分で電話するように言われるのは残念です。すべての観光客が現地のSIMカードを持っていて電話をかけられるわけではありません。本当に残念です。フロントデスクのカウンターで確認してからWeChatで連絡するなど、より良いサービスを提供すべきでした。このヒルトンは、より高い評価を得るにはまだまだ道のりが長いです。ホテルは屋台料理が豊富なナイトマーケットの近くにあります。とても美味しいチューチョンフォンを提供する屋台が一つありました。1泊の滞在としては、あまり良い経験ではありませんでした。

2026年7月9日から14日まで、家族は休みました(2人の大人、3人の子供)。大きな3つの部屋に住んでいて、海の景色はとても豊富です。スタッフは丁寧で反応が良かったです。毎日掃除。ビーチまで10分。カフェやスーパーマーケットに囲まれています。すべてが好きです! ! ! !

普段はレビューを書かないのですが、ここは本当にレビューに値する場所です。アナヤでの滞在は、控えめに言っても素晴らしいものでした。美しく静かな場所で、日本の多くの高級旅館に匹敵するほどですが、独自のモダンなテイストも感じられました。クイーンルームに宿泊しましたが、シンプルながらも十分快適でした。ルームドリンクとスナックは美味しく、毎日特別なサービスがあり、それ自体が素敵な体験でした。テレビはありませんでしたが、特に必要性を感じませんでした。ここは、心身ともにリラックスしてゆったりと過ごせる場所ですが、必要な時はWi-Fiの速度で自分のデバイスでストリーミングを楽しむことができます。このホテルは、敷地内で全てが完結し、他の場所へ出かける必要がないという点でユニークです。特に気に入ったのは、ぜひ訪れたい日本の書店と、その隣にある庭園です。アクティビティも用意されているので、退屈することはありません。スパも非常におすすめで、ホテルに宿泊しなくてもスパだけでも訪れる価値があります。スパの一つは工場を改装したもので、建築好きにはたまらない、本当にユニークな体験ができます。食事は少し高めでしたが、選択肢は豊富で、私たちが食べたものはどれも素晴らしかったです。スナックや飲み物を買いだめできる売店もありました。私たちの体験を本当に素晴らしいものにしてくれた主な要因の一つは、Zhi Huiさんの卓越したサービスでした。彼女は私たちが快適に過ごせるよう、個人的な連絡先を教えてくれたり、質問に迅速に答えてくれたり、手配をしてくれたりと、期待以上のことをしてくれました。出発後も、次の目的地に無事に到着したか確認するために連絡をくれました。レストランを含め、ホテルの他のスタッフも皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。山で収穫したものを売っている可愛らしい若い女性や、小さなスナックショップもあり、そのうちの一つは、和風デザートを売っているとてもフレンドリーな女性が経営していました。私たちが出会った人たちは皆、本当に誠実で真摯な人たちでした。ホテル内外で働くスタッフの方々の親切な対応がなければ、これほど素晴らしい滞在にはならなかったでしょう。普段は複数人乗りのバギーでゲストを送迎しているのですが、雨に降られた際には、なんと車を手配して迎えに来てくれました。アナヤ・ラニャ・ホテルは本当に素晴らしく、心からお勧めします。

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The rooms in this place are very spacious, clean and well appointed. It's a decent location, though a little further from the gondola than other places. Food options are fine, provided you're comfortable with Chinese food. One thing to be aware of is that this place is two buildings, which are not joined and so you have to go outside to get from one to the other if you're not staying in 'B' building, where reception is. Also be aware that despite the pictures, there is no swimming pool in the complex.

I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.
