街中からはタクシーで1000円から1500円の距離です。今回は鉄道利用なので駅から比較的近いこのホテルを利用しましたが街にも駅にもタクシーなので、多少高いホテルでも街中が良かったと思います❗綺麗なホテルで対応も極めて良かったですが部屋にコッブが１つもないのは困りました。

サラゴサに1泊する必要があり、ユーロスターズで行ったのが嬉しいです。私たちは道路旅行に行き、ホテルへのアクセスが便利なすぐ下に付帯駐車場があり、とても嬉しかったです。2人のティーンエイジャーと一緒に旅行していて、完璧なファミリースイートを用意していました。本当にロック可能なミニ廊下で取り付けられた2つの部屋でした。だから、朝に準備する私たち4人全員に2つのバスルームがあったのはよかったです。プラスとして、私たちは下の街と橋の素晴らしい景色を見ました。朝食は含まれていました&それは非常に素敵に提供されました。肉、チーズ、パン、果物を含むビュッフェスタイルでした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。私たちの部屋はきれいでした。すべてが便利でした。

We stayed at this hotel as a stop-off on our journey through Spain - it exceeded our expectations without a doubt. We arrived around 9pm and found free parking right outside the door (parking meters but free between 6pm and 9am) - to be honest, I think we were probably lucky but there were several parking spots close by. The young man who checked us in was welcoming and super helpful. The room was outstanding value for money, very spacious, well decorated and equipped, lovely little balcony overlooking the park and the bathroom was superb. Huge walk-in shower. It was all immaculately clean - and I’m fussy! We went down to the bar, great staff again and very reasonable. Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet. We slept soundly. We paid €77 for a 1-night stay. If I’d have paid €175 I would have thought it a bargain. Definitely one to recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd September. I am disabled and have considerable mobility problems. The hotel advertises a car park but it is virtually impossible to find. There are only limited direction signs and access to the car park is difficult. Having gone round the one way system a number of times we finally found the car park entrance. An unhelpful member of staff told us that the car park was full and we would have to park elsewhere. Street parking around the hotel is impossible and the nearest public car park is some distance away from the hotel. After yet more circuits of the one way system we found somewhere to park. I then had considerable difficulty getting back to the hotel. I had previously requested an accessible room but apparently the are situated a long walk from the lift, which is very odd.We had to settle for a standard room near to the lift. Having finally checked in after a lot of stress and pain we looked forward to a relaxing meal.No Chance! The hotel doesn't offer any meaningful evening food option. My wife ended up going to the local supermarket to get food to bring back to the room as I wasn't capable of trawling round the city to find a restaurant. Luckily, my wife was with me to help and support me.Had I been alone this would have been a complete nightmare. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels in he past and have never had this sort of experience. Needless to say,we won't be repeating this.

The only redeeming factors are the location and convenience of parking structure. The rooms have no phone. No drinking water provided even on first day. Showering has to be done carefully as otherwise you will flood the room. Shame as water pressure is good. The whole building smelled like Indonesian chicken curry which is only nice when eating in an Indonesian restaurant. We looked at 3 rooms. Our original one required shouldering the door to get it open. Also, for some reason the wall mounted TV was literally almost at ceiling height and the view was obscured by a chandelier. The terrible room we took was the best option. Card keys routinely failed causing extra trips down to front desk. We were being charged over $100.00 Euro's per night for room worth $35.00. The good location makes up for nothing. There is not even a glass in the bathroom, just a small paper cup. This strikes me as a hotel that cannot afford to run itself and is ripping off tourists to stay afloat. We left a day early and thankfully the front desk didn't charge us for the full 3 nights we had booked. Thank you for that courtesy.

Hotel is located reasonably centrally and is not expensive, but thats where the advantages end. We stayed for one hight only and the hotel was very noisy especially if the room has connecting doors. We were able to easily hear the person in the room next door talking on the phone. Despite being late in May, the air conditioning thermostat was still locked on heating only.

This is a 4* hotel and it deserves every one of those stars. The staff are super helpful, the spa is amazing and the whole place is beautiful. a previous comment said there was no public transport. the bus goes less than a 2 min walk from the hotel!!!! There is a fabulous restraint at the hotel and a bar in the same complex! Clearly that person didn’t think to ask. It’s not in the middle of nowhere, yea it’s on an industrial estate and very peaceful out of the city. The views are amazing. The wine and food are outstanding and the service is exceptional. Thank you to very memeber of the team from managers to cleaners to maintenance and waiting staff. So friendly and helpful. And they have self service laundry! All in all fabulous. Namaste.

ホテルへはデリシアス駅からバス C2 (約 25 メートル) で簡単にアクセスできます。チケットは1.5ユーロです。ウォーキングもオプションで、サラゴサの名所を少し見て回ることができます。私は 2 人の子供と一緒に行きましたが、場所は新しく、部屋は素晴らしく (二段ベッドがあり、子供たちはとても気に入りました)、エアコン、シャワー、テレビが備わっていました。冷蔵庫はありません。徒歩圏内にスーパーマーケットがいくつかあり、公共プールもすぐ近くにあります（徒歩5メートル）。素敵な場所、スタッフはフレンドリー、わずか 5EU でコンチネンタルブレックファスト

The only redeeming factors are the location and convenience of parking structure. The rooms have no phone. No drinking water provided even on first day. Showering has to be done carefully as otherwise you will flood the room. Shame as water pressure is good. The whole building smelled like Indonesian chicken curry which is only nice when eating in an Indonesian restaurant. We looked at 3 rooms. Our original one required shouldering the door to get it open. Also, for some reason the wall mounted TV was literally almost at ceiling height and the view was obscured by a chandelier. The terrible room we took was the best option. Card keys routinely failed causing extra trips down to front desk. We were being charged over $100.00 Euro's per night for room worth $35.00. The good location makes up for nothing. There is not even a glass in the bathroom, just a small paper cup. This strikes me as a hotel that cannot afford to run itself and is ripping off tourists to stay afloat. We left a day early and thankfully the front desk didn't charge us for the full 3 nights we had booked. Thank you for that courtesy.

Hotel is located reasonably centrally and is not expensive, but thats where the advantages end. We stayed for one hight only and the hotel was very noisy especially if the room has connecting doors. We were able to easily hear the person in the room next door talking on the phone. Despite being late in May, the air conditioning thermostat was still locked on heating only.

見つけるのは簡単ではありません！説明書には、ホテルは鉄道駅の向かい側にあると書かれていますが、フレンドリーな警備員に正しい方向を教えてもらう必要がありました。ホテルは明らかにビジネス旅行者向けですが、あまりにも貧弱で、改装が必要です。市内からはかなり離れているので、行くにはバスが必要です。到着時に部屋のドアに入ることができず、何度かドアに突っ込もうとした後、受付係に助けを求めなければなりませんでした。彼女は私たちに正しい方法（キーカードの出し入れ、素早く！）を教えてくれました。そうでなかったら、私たちは一晩中あまり良くない廊下に立っていたでしょう。部屋は簡素でしたが、あまりお金を払っていなかったため、豪華さは期待していませんでした。それは十分に素晴らしく、きれいでした。電源プラグが 2 つしかなく (そのうちの 1 つは動作していませんでした)、今日のニーズには不十分で、電話などの電源を入れるためのベッドサイドにはありませんでした。バスルームのファンは動作しませんでした。部屋にある金庫を使いたかったのですが、使い方がわかりませんでした。指示はありませんでした。もう一度レセプションに行くと、2種類の金庫があると言われ、1つはテンキー付きで、もう1つは特別なカードが必要です（私たちのものと同様）。特別なカードを取得するには、20 ユーロのデポジットを残す必要があり、彼女は同僚に電話してセットアップしてもらう必要がありました。結構です！私たちは財布を握りしめながら夕食に出かけました。良い点が 2 つありました。エアコンはよく機能し、朝食はおいしかったです。常に補充されており、オレンジジュースを除いて品質は良好です。よく考えてみると、代わりに町のホテルに行くべきでした。
