The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The reception staff were great , and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to leave our belongings before check-in.
The views, of course, were incredible, as the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is also an indoor pool with views of the teide.
At the same time, we spent the night in the company of cockroaches, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel where room prices start at $140.
We informed the reception about this, and when we asked if any compensation was possible, they smiled at us and said that it was not possible.

We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite!
It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms.

La Palma es la isla Canaria más verde y más bonita de ahí que se le denomine la isla bonita. Tiene una flora variada y su clima és primavera/verano durante todo el año. Lugares interesantes?, muchos desde sus playas , cascadas, bosques. De laurisilva, producción, destilería de Ron canario, molinos de gofio, y lo mejor su gente. el parador es fanatàstico pues es un edificación típica palmera con su patio interior, donde hay microclima primavera, terrazas , restaurante frente al mar con vistas. L punta de Santa CruZ de la P y unos jardines muy bien cuidados con cascada, estanque, dragos palmera afrente al mar. .
El servicio no se puede pedir más. Repetiremos .

Séjour incroyable ! Contrairement à certains avis négatifs concernant la propreté de l’hôtel, nous avons au contraire découvert un magnifique hôtel très bien situé près des commerces (juste en face d’une supérette et du centre ville) La chambre était impeccable ainsi que toutes les installations de l’hôtel. Et le personnel hyper bienveillant ✨ Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner pendant le carnaval 🎭

El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de parada de bus, supermercados, restaurantes. Tiene un bus gratis para ir a la Playa del inglés y a la de Maspalomas. El desayuno espectacular y abundante. La piscina muy limpia y agua a buena temperatura. Te dan toalla con un depósito de 10€ para la piscina. Actuaciones en directo y/o música todas las noches. Todo el personal muy amable. Va necesitando un poco de reformas, los colchones se hunden un poco. Caja fuerte en habitación gratis. Tienen ducha de cortesía y puedes usar la piscina el día del checkout. Nevera en habitación. Hay bastante ruido de la avenida, sugiero tapones para los oídos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

La ubicación indicada no es muy exacta respecto a su ubicación real. Las piscinas se encuentran 'encajonadas' entre los edificios y son más pequeñas de lo que parecen en las fotos. La persona de recepción que nos atendió fue muy amable, le pedimos algu a recomendación y fue un acierto total.
El personal de recepción es escaso para atender la gran cantidad de clientes que llegan y salen del hotel. El sistema establecido para contactar con recepción no nos gustó nada, no hay un teléfono directo, la centralita pasa la llamada pero nadie la atiende.... después de intentarlo 4 dias antes de nuestra llegada fue imposible.

とても素敵なホストです！私たちは2時間早く部屋に行くことができ、チェックアウト後にサンラウンジャーのある美しい屋上テラスを使用することもできました。
設備は一般的に非常に新しく、高品質です。
ビーチと大きな港に近い最高のロケーションで、クルーズと組み合わせるのが理想的です。
部屋も広く、朝食も品数豊富で美味しい！

ゲゲストSanta Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable.
A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled.
Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe.
In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative.
It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice.
Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

CClarestaBest 4 star hotel!!
Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

ゲゲストWe had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists.
If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

ゲゲストLovely clean accommodation, and an easy drive from the airport - perfect for a late-night arrival. The staff was very friendly, with biscuits and water refills available at reception. The apartment itself was super clean and felt very new. Our Wi-Fi didn't work the night we arrived, but I think that was just a temporary blip. The bed was nice, and the place felt spacious - a good place to work remotely from with well-stocked cupboards in the kitchen, and a good dining table too. There was also a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. If you don't mind not having beach views, this is a good sun and pool break option.

ゲゲストThe location is too far out for our liking but as we had rented a car, it was fine. We had also read reviews about the location so we expected it. For our rental car we were given a parking slot someone had just parked on so needed it changing. It did not seem like they were enforcing the parking. We were there in December so the weather was pleasant and not too hot to walk down to the Italian restaurant to have dinner. They are friendly at the Italian restaurant and their prices are good. They also went out of their way delivering food to door to our oldest child that had not come out for dinner with us. We did not go to the restaurant on site as the restaurant on site is independent and seemed very catered for the Brits. There is no breakfast available in the mornings on site so if like us, totally unprepared, the supermarket on site is ridiculously expensive and staff not very friendly. First morning we bought everything we needed, after we were prepared and only bought expensive baked goods. We did not try the pools, as the opening hours were extremely short. It would have been better if they'd been early morning till late evening. We heard there was a pool bar. There is a small playground for toddlers. Our house was a good size for a family of 5, allowed to stay 6. We would return because of our odd size family, the terrace and friendly receptionists.

EEmika sanフロントデスクが無いので、チェックインが少し複雑で時間がかかりました（WhatsAppでホテルスタッフと連絡を取る必要あり）。早く着いても早くチェックインしたり荷物を預けるということはできないので注意が必要です。ヨーロッパに比べてカナリアの方は湿度が高いのか、部屋が少しカビ臭く、部屋も湿ってる感じがしました。窓もありますが、私たちの部屋には中庭？に面した窓しか無く、ずっと窓もカーテンも閉めていました。また、他の部屋の音楽が聞こえてきたりしたので壁は薄いと思います。
ベッドルームとバスルームを隔てるドアは不安定で上の隙間が大きいので入浴時や排泄時などの音などを気にする方にはお勧めしません。また、バスルームにはシャンプーとシャワージェルが一体化したものしか置いていないため、気になる人はシャンプーやボディソープを持参された方がいいと思います。
部屋にはケトルや電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、シンク、食器類が備られているので簡単な食事なら準備できます。連泊する人にはいいのではないでしょうか。

ゲゲスト私が泊まった最も美しい4つ星の1つである美しい景色のホテル、彼自身はダアナへの特別な旅行の価値があります。とても清潔でよく装飾されています(私の部屋には美しいソファがあり、座っているプライベートビュービルは美しいです)。ソファや図書館のサロン、レストラン、景色の大きいテラス、景色のプールの庭などの美しい共通スペースがあります。この4つ星ホテルで最高の朝食を作りました。地元の製品、高品質ではない、早朝の台所、サロン、地元のマウンテンミルク、高品質のキャンディーなど、パドスのロゴが付いた白。

LLauris.little.worldAbsolutely stunning hotel! It literally took my breath away when I walked in. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. The rooms and the grounds are incredibly clean. The pools are stunning (there are busier and quieter ones so no lack of options at all). The beach and shops are a few minutes walk away. The food is spectacular! There’s something for everyone: shows, sports, pools, shopping. I just can’t give this resort enough praise!! We will definitely be back.
