「Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.」

「It was an overall good, even excellent experience, except for supper. There a great quantity of different foods, but the QUALITY of the food was totally lacking. This was Herods. We were expecting a wonderful culinary experience, but instead we got ordinary, even let's say disappointing. The food was simply NOT TASTY. All the meat dishes were overcooked and dry. All in all, it was NOT worth the 400 shekels that we had to pay for this not-tasty dinner.」
