私は最近大理広場に滞在し、混在した経験をしました。オンラインでシティビューの部屋を予約しましたが、到着すると約束されたビューのない部屋を与えられました。特に最初の夜に期待していたものを手に入れられなかったのは残念でした。幸いなことに、ホテルは2泊目の問題を修正し、ついに予約した街の景色を望む部屋を手に入れました。解像度に感謝していますが、最初から正しい部屋を受信していたらもっと良かったでしょう。

Dos de de las lámparas no funcionaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y quisiera agregar lo más desagradable, hay un ruido intenso que empieza desde las 6:00am es un elevador en particular. Fueron solo dos noches sin embargo nada agradable para poder descansar y dormir bien . Sinceramente no volvería.

ゲゲストThe room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

ゲゲストホテルのレストランの食べ物と飲み物以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。
無料のマルガリータは味が最悪でした。苦労して飲んだ後、飲むことができました。
アラチェラ タコスとチキン & トルティーヤ スープを頼みました。これもまた最悪でした! 私は何でも食べて、食べ物に文句を言うことはめったにない人間です。

郭郭私たちは2泊しました、全体は非常に衛生的で、レストランは美味しく、価格は高くありませんが、選択肢は多くありません。外部環境は大丈夫です。公共エリアには2つのプールとWiFiがありますが、部屋はなく、とてもシンプルです。寝具と基本的なバスルームを除いて、他の設備はありません。もちろん価格はこのパッケージだけなので、ニーズに合わせてお選びください。

DDanielThe hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. My unit was spacious and the bedroom was bright with sunlight, and I really appreciated having the mini fridge microwave and coffee machine. The suite was otherwise very lackluster - the walls were barren of any decorations and very little furniture. I really wish there was a workdesk for using my laptop, and a full body mirror for getting dressed for the evenings out. The water pressure to both the sink and the shower was very low, and upkeep was inconsistent - there was no toilet paper holder (it looks like it was broken off the wall and not replaced) and the suite door didn't open fully before scraping against the floor. The hotel itself lacks any even basic amenities such as a lounge space. It looks like it was intended to have a rooftop patio but instead that area is unfinished and used by the staff for storage and laundry. My biggest complaint is actually their guest hours of 9am to 9pm is very restrictive, which I didn't know about until I checked in and would never have booked here if I knew that rule existed. I tried to bring a couple of guys home from the club and the concierge wanted to charge me 300 for the second one.
If I need just a place to sleep I'll stay here again otherwise I wouldn't.

ゲゲスト家族で旅行したいですか?強くお勧めします! 「ブティック」の雰囲気と優れたサービスを備えた高級ホテルです。朝食ビュッフェはPVで最高の一つです(ウェスティンのシェラトンに滞在しました)。プールは手入れが行き届いていて、子供の遊び場は素晴らしいです(ビビアナありがとう!)。部屋は少し狭いですが、プロパティは非常にモダンで、非常に手入れが行き届いています。カンクンのマリオットにも同様の経験ができました。PVで最高の予算の高級リゾート。

ゲゲスト私は通常否定的なコメントを投稿しませんが、これが他の旅行者が情報に基づいた選択をするのに役立つなら、いくつかお知らせしたいと思いました。まず、オーシャンビューのジュニアスイートを予約しました。部屋はとても素敵で広としています。しかし、私たちの海の景色は実際には電話の棒と電線と路地のクラブの茅葺き屋根のようです。私たちの元の部屋は4階にあり、最初の夜は外の豪雨のために屋根が急に漏れました。それはほとんど掃除され、私たちは朝、部屋を移動する必要があることをフロントデスクに知らせるように言われました。
すべてを再梱包する不便さのために、アップグレードされた部屋を与えたと思いました。代わりに、3階のジュニアオーシャンビュースイートをワイヤーと屋上を間近で見ることができます。この部屋にはパティオチェアも1つしかなかったので、パティオに座りたくても一緒にいられなかったでしょう。リゾート自体には素敵な設備があります。

ゲゲストI can’t say enough good things about this place .. It was really modern , some really lovely paintings in the hallways (always a good sign of a special place to stay) my room had windows , in bathroom and bedroom overlooking sun area. It’s always a nice surprise to find extras ,unexpected facilities.. fridge freezer, coffee maker , iron and mini board .. lights galore, extremely comfy bed. Fan and air conditioning! Only one thing I was a bit saddened about, shower took about 10 mins to run hot , such a terrible waste of water. Really friendly helpful staff.. thank you ., hope I get privilege to stay again☺️
