Vriendelijk personeel, schone nette kamer en mooie badkamer. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed, personeel heel vriendelijk. Ligging uitstekend en goede verbinding met centrum.

Very clean and organized. The assistance was really good and all of the staff was really nice and helpful. Inside the airport hotel so it is really comfortable for travelling.

The location is beside the train station. However, I reached the hotel very late, close to midnight. Unsure where to go to the other side since I reached Eindhoven by FlixBus, so I had to take Bolt instead; otherwise, it would take ages figuring out the way. I asked the NS officer, and he was also unsure, lol. The room was pretty clean. The only drawback was that the toilet was not flushed properly beforehand. The water in the bowl was brown and murky. Unsure if this was accidental or not since, by right, the room was already cleaned by the cleaning service department. The flushing mechanism was super slow, so this may be the cause of the accidental dirty toilet bowl before we even used it. I did not complain to the staff since it’s already pretty late, and we were rushing to wake up early as well. The fire alarm blared at 6 a.m. too, and the announcement was for us to evacuate the building. Hesitating to do so since it’s super cold, but when we tried to go down to the staircases, the tenants from the rooms next door came back tired and said there’s nothing wrong at all. Duh. Other than that, it’s OK for us with Social Hub. It’s always our favorite hotel to stay in the Netherlands.

I enjoyed the messaging of the hotel with the whole ”check in, stay out” mentality where they encourage you to explore the city. Despite this, the living area on the ground floor had a lot of spacious seating and tables for those who did want to stay and work away or just chill. The grounds that the hotel has are a nice and private separation from the vibrant energy from the bars/restaurants nearby, which is nice since that meant noise heard in the room was less. The rooms were nice and had a good sofa bench area alongside the beds. The shower area is visible from the beds and is only partially translucent (still can see a lot though), so for people like friends/business partners who may want the privacy while showering may find this to be an issue. The toilet is in an enclosed powder room right at the front of the room, a closet, and a pole with circular metal trays which is what we used to place things. The service staff were really helpful, we had a few complications with how to assign the room but they managed to resolve it quickly. Luggage storage was a couple of self-service lockers near the elevator and were quite easy to use too.

Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing. Small hotel room with next to absent sound insulation. Bathroom was downright chilly, shower tepid at best. Staff is friendly but trained to courteously deny and deflect any demand which doesn't allow for extra charges. This hotel is run by a management only interested in the bottom line, and is cutting all corners that do not endanger their 4* status. It deserves a team with passion for the hospitality business, in which case I wouldn't even mind paying more. As it stands, a disappointment if you expect a 4* treatment.

素晴らしいロケーションにあるとても良いホテルで、今年は合計3つの異なる部屋に滞在しましたが、すべてかなり素敵でした。 唯一の悪い部分は、trip com–についてでした。ホテルは時間通りに予約を取らず、到着する3日前に支払いましたが、到着したときに部屋が取られました。かなり動揺していましたが、2日目に部屋をくれました。素敵な旅行中に2つのまったく異なる部屋に住んでいたので、結局興味深い経験でした。 また、ヨーロッパでは靴を履いていたので、あまり悪くないのですが、カーペットが足をかゆくのは、彼らが使っている掃除用品のせいだと思います。それは私にとっても悪いことではありません。それは彼らが実際にそれらをきれいにすることを意味するからですハハハ とにかく、私たちは間違いなくこのホテルでこのホテルにもっと住みに行きます!

Professional and courteous staff, room and hotel in general were very clean, modern and met my needs. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of food and drinks. This is my second visit to Breda and I have stayed here on both occasions, I like this hotel and it is only a short walk, through the station, to the city centre and is good value.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren, en el centro y rodeado de restaurantes. Tanto el check-in como el check-out es muy rápido, los trabajadores son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a dar indicaciones.
