私は営業時間後に到着しましたが、彼らは私のキーカードを外の鍵のかかった金庫に置いていったので、まったく問題ありませんでした。ホステルは素晴らしい場所にあり、ウォーターフロントを歩いたり、レーンの道を探索したりして素敵な時間を過ごしました。ホステルは清潔で整頓されていました-私が今まで見た中で最高の清潔さです。受付係はとても素敵で、私はこのホステルを強くお勧めします。彼らはまたあなたが購入できる指定された駐車場を持っていました！

Location is excellent. Our room #302 was on the ground floor which was great but just looked at the carpark . The plus was our car was parked right outside. The downside was - our room adjoined the stairs up to the dining room and was directly beneath the toilets for a conference room on the first floor. This meant almost constant noise of people up and down the stairs and slamming doors in the toilets day and night. The room had 2 beds - Queen and single. The Queen bed was very comfortable but the chairs were not - 2 hard chairs! Not a plate or a bowl to put any food on and had to request a bottle/can opener from the front desk. The bathroom was adequate with everything necessary.

I stayed 4 nights at Centabay and overall it was ok- it is in a central location in Paihia close to the wharf. the structure needs more renovations but they do their best to keep it clean with the volunteers cleaning every day.

Nice and clean Really friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful location highly recommended must visit so nature everywhere love the cabins , staff janine was super helpful. Iwould visit again.

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

I had a fantastic time staying here! Cozy rooms that were spotlessly clean, with really comfy beds. The lodge is run by a lovely family who gave me great recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat and drink at that really made my experience!10/10 can’t recommend this place enough!

Hi there, I wasn’t very happy with my stay as the beds were stained. Also the toilet was filthy and the shower head was broken. Was wanting a refund as we ended up leaving early
