「The bathroom and room is tidy, but in-terms of cleanliness should have more room of improvements, as we still found some dust on the bed and in the bathroom as well. But since it's a backpacker style hostel, couldn't be much picky bout the hostel itself. Kitchen amenities is great, and I love the common area there. Definitely a go to if you have budget concerns!」

「良い点と悪い点がありました。チェックインの20分前に到着したのですが、大丈夫だろうと思っていました。ところがそうではありませんでした。受付の女性は私がカウンターに立っているのに気付いたようで、待合室で個人的な会話をしていて、私を無視していました。ようやく彼女が来たと思ったら、早すぎるとかなり失礼な態度で言われ、20分後に戻ってくるように言われました。私たちはコーヒーを飲んでから戻ると、サービスデスクでとても丁寧な男性が待っていて、チェックイン手続きをしてくれましたが、部屋への行き方は曖昧でした。 部屋に着いて、引き戸から外に出ようとした時、段差が約24cmもあることに気づき（私のような背の低い人間にとっては、誰にとっても大きな段差です）、足首を捻挫してしまいました。足が腫れてしまいました。チェックアウト時にそのことを伝えたのですが、ドアに注意書きと何が起こったのかを掲示しておくべきだったと思います。対応してくれた女性（別の女性）は私の足のことなど気にも留めていませんでした。 それ以外は、部屋は快適で、街の中心部や美味しいレストランにもとても近かったです。 デメリットもあったけれど、また泊まりたい。」

「I stayed 4 nights at Centabay and overall it was ok- it is in a central location in Paihia close to the wharf. the structure needs more renovations but they do their best to keep it clean with the volunteers cleaning every day.」

「I didn't know what to expect when I booked this establishment. It looked OK though I thought I might find it a bit further from the main Paihia town than I liked, but it turned out that I really enjoyed the walk to and from the town. We've booked ourselves in the cruise to Hole in the Rock the next day and talking to the helpful staff, we booked the spa followed by dinner at The Glass House on that day and we really enjoyed our day. The massage and facial was really relaxing, and the dinner was superb. On top of that, I love the room we had which was just by the pool. We are able to enjoy the hot tub which was really relaxing too. Everything was just fantastic. Overall the hotel was just a joy to stay in and I was glad I booked 3 nights.」

「Nice environment. Clean unit. Comfortable. Minor complaint would be that the lighting was a little dim and could have done with coffee plunger in room. Did not eat at hotel restaurant. Good place to stay.」

「便利なロケーションは気に入りましたが、アプリで予約すると古い建物になります。部屋のキッチンが小さいような感じです。小さな食器洗い機には驚きました。スマート TV ボックスはエンターテイメントに最適です。唯一の問題はシャワーのときのお湯の温度でした。安定した温度をコントロールするのが難しいです。熱すぎたり冷たすぎたりします。2 日目以降に交換するはずのタオルはバスルームに掲示されていましたが、6 日間のうち 4 日目に交換されました。」
